Perverting the course of justice can be any of three acts:
1) Fabricating or disposing of evidence
2) Intimidating or threatening a witness or juror
3) Intimidating or threatening a judge
Also criminal are (a) conspiring with another to pervert the course of justice and (b) intending to pervert the course of justice.

While Owen Paterson was Shadowy Secretary for Occupied Ireland, he came to an agreement with the Ulster Unionist Party to re-establish links which the two parties used to have prior 1972, which included running joint Conservative/UUP candidates for elections. Insane with horses as well as Irish women, he is a passionate supporter of the disgraced and disbanded sectarian UDR and Royal Irish Regiment which is based in his English base Tern Hill and he still wears a wristband backing the Regiment.
His parliamentary record shows him as consistently voting against gay rights.Paterson married into royalty to the Hon. Rose Ridley the daughter of Matthew Ridley, 4th Viscount Ridley, niece of Nicholas Ridley, Baron Ridley of Liddesdale. Last year Paterson and his wife took part in the Mongolian Derby which is the world’s longest horse race across 1,000 kilometers of the Mongolian Steppe for 10 days, to raise £50,000 for the Royal Irish Regiment Benevolent Fund.
Paterson has sent the highly respected, traditional Irish republican Marian Price back to jail, because, he said she breached the terms of the licence on which she had been released in 1980, from a life sentence for the March 1973 Provisional IRA bombing of London, almost 40 years ago. But Marian Price was not actually on licence. She received a full royal pardon or “Royal Prerogative of Mercy” when she was freed in 1980 because she was on the brink of death after being force fed in an English prison for 200 days.
The security and surveillance state of Occupied Ireland has been the laboratory to test counter revolution with thousands of agents, intelligence gatherers, spies, clandestine operatives, analysts and armed paramilitary units living in their world of schitzophrenic opposites, of good and evil, black and white, opponent and ally. His crusade along with his God fearing Unionist friends, allies and fellow English paramilitary police chief in occupied Ireland, born again Baggot, is to physically eradicate evil Irish people from the face of Ireland. There are now numerous government agencies and private companies that work for British intelligence in locations all around the world based on researched methods in Ireland. Perverting the course of justice in both English and Irish law, is a criminal offence in which someone prevents justice from being served on himself or on another party. It is a common law offence carrying a maximum sentence of life imprisonment. This un-elected, English arrogant, autocratic, pervert in Ireland, who has kidnapped Marian in her own land, if his own standards were applied to due process, then he himself without a fair trial, would be imprisoned for the rest of his natural life in an Irish prison and tortured in solitary confinement. The way the political temperature is rising in Occupied Ireland currently on this matter, there would be plenty of volunteers to administer it.

The case of Marian Price is about the tools of the huge network of operatives and agencies that demonize people the world over. Those who who are not subservient to the now fascist Empire are now threatened with the power to detain people and strip them of all due process. A new law which will be announced in the forthcoming Queen's Speech in May, will allow GCHQ to access the content of emails, calls or messages without a warrant. It will permit the security and surveillance state to brand as terrorists any nonviolent protester such as Marian Price and movements such as her political prisoner support group, along with social and political critics of the British occupation in Ireland, where the un-elected Paterson in Ireland, believes he has right to kidnap and intern without trial in their own land.
Marian Price may very well die in a British prison without any trial, or sentence or even a release date and not even a date has been set when the Parole Commission will review her case. She has been arrested twice and brought before a non-jury Diplock Court. A judge has ordered twice that she was no danger to the public and that she be released on bail, while having access to the same intelligence reports as Paterson. Each time this unelected arrogant English Tory Paterson overruled the judge, over ruled the terms of the royal pardon and ordered his other English paramilitary Baggot to kidnap her and intern Marian without trial in solitary confinement for more than 300 days, after she had previously been force fed for 200 days in another English prison while she was on hunger strike, as a protesting political prisoner of conscience.
If this British terrorism and kidnapping in Ireland is not reversed, it will turn not just Ireland but also Britain itself into secret service despotism, leaving people without a voice, trapped in fear of state terror, afraid of any small comment or small action, such as signing a petition to be misinterpreted, to push people out of jobs or send them to jail without a trial or process like Marian and her many fellow comrades, who are also politically interned. This is the future for our children if we don't stand together against it and with Marian. We better make a stand now while we still can.
This English Tory pervert of the course of justice, is disturbing the peace in Ireland .He has already broken the Weston Park terms of a so called peace process in Ireland, that was sold to republican activists, who were made to understand all political prisoners would be released unconditionally under the terms of the process. The Agreement as voted and sold to the Irish people has been broken in no uncertain terms and several key issues of human rights and civil rights have not been enacted or implemented.
The reality is that the so called Peace Agreement in Ireland has been broken or well and truly buried by the British in no uncertain terms. Every thinking Irish republican or even the most neanderthal of nationalists knows, that the murder of Marian Price while politically interned, signals the absolute return of full scale war on the Irish people, who will once again be forced to defend themselves with the deadly consequence of what has been witnessed for the last forty years in Ireland from which seemingly the British have learned nothing.
The Pervert Paterson has re-created the monster of internment in Ireland and it will be difficult, maybe impossible, to free ourselves from it. The British taxpayers, intelligence agencies and private contractors, feed paranoia, rumour, demonization of any critical free speech, with invented narratives to the mainstream media. They justify their existence, and their huge sums of taxpayers monies, by turning everything and every free thinking citizen, into a potential threat. Left to their own devices by the time they finish they will turn Ireland and even England into a gulag.
