LANGUAGE OF THE HEART

Översatt låttext av Jon Henrik Fjällgren:
---

---

Translated English song lyrics:
---
Are you still with me, my dear friend,
Though I no longer see you?
Are you still here on earth,
As you are in my heart?
I lie here and ponder,
It's desolately quiet around me.
Tears break out and fall,
With the thought of you.

An angel that was forgotten here,
Have now got his wings.
Where do you fly now, my angel?
Where do you fly now?

Are you flying through the pearly gates?
Or the end of the world?
Are you flying next to me?
Or am I all alone now?

Wherever you are now, my friend.
Wherever the road leads you.
Promise me you'll wait there,
Until I meet you.

I hope you're happy now.
As I was with you.
And the pain you've suffered,
I hope it's forgotten.

Fly freely, my dear friend.
You are free now.
And until we meet again,
Farewell, my angel.

One Religion - One Language - One Human Race

There is only one religion, the religion of love.
There is only one language, the language of the heart.
There is only one race, the human race - Sai Baba
Love.

The reason why we are all here is to learn to have and to live with,
unconditional love for ourselves and each other.
Everything we do is either an action of love or a cry for help.
Remember when you last became upset?
Was it because you felt you were misunderstood, unheard, judged, criticized, blamed,
unworthy and ultimately, unloved?
We all need to feel love. We each go about getting it in different ways.
Which one or more of these examples do you use to get love?...
Work, special abilities, physical appearance, sex, health, children, pets, partners, friends,
family, gangs, connections, emotions, religion, status, wealth and oh yes, possessions!

Do you need proof that you are lovable? How do you go about it?...
Are you constantly sick and needy...
do you get attention by living in the gym,
do you show off your expensive belongings,
do you intimidate others with anger, threats and violence,
do you use tears or threaten suicide,
do you brag about who you know and what you've accomplished or done for other people,
do you date partners young enough to be your daughter or old enough to be your father,
do you choose partners for money and status in society,
do you have lots of sexual experiences with people you don't really love,
do you abuse drugs and alcohol,
do you act submissive, helping and giving to everyone around you,
OR...
do you give to others with absolutely no attachment or expectation of anything in return
other than the pure joy and happiness you feel inside.
You have no need to impress, show off or prove who you truly are, because YOU KNOW.
You don't need proof from anyone in anyway, that you are lovable.
You don't need validation or attention to feel love within your heart and soul.
You walk your talk and your actions absolutely speak louder than a thousand words.

Do you relate?
Do you know of anyone like this?

UNINTELLiGENT GREED OF HUMAN ZOMBIE

From experience, I believe that greed is a fact of life, that needs to be managed and regulated in a fair way, before it destroys our species. I understand what I am writing about, because of my own selfish experience. I also believe greed, has positive aspects, that are communally positive, grounded again in experience, rather than fanciful theory, but it is a simply a question of how it is managed and regulated by society. This is a question, that needs to be carefully, considered urgently, by the greater dialectic of commonsense and acted upon immediately, otherwise the eugenicists will have their way, as they did in World war 1&2, rationalized by films such as the above. I also believe, from personal experience, that there is more than enough on this planet, for everyone to travel first class, if we organize our greed reality intelligently, with mind, body and soul. If you agree with this post, I ask you to share it far and wide, while provoking or encouraging debate about it.

"Every seed is awakened and so is all animal life. It is through this mysterious power that we too have our being and we therefore yield to our animal neighbours the same right as ourselves, to inhabit this land."

Sitting Bull

Embracing Spiritual Abundance

In the many years of awakened life I have witnessed abundance spoken about in a myriad of different ways. I’ve noticed that in all its different guises, there are two main ways in which it is interpreted.
1. Having lots of what we desire
    2. Seeing the divine in all things

Having lots of what we desire

The first way is dictated by our wants and desires. Being abundant in this sense means having ‘a lot of’ stuff, resources, money, property, land, people or anything tangible for that matter.
It’s the type of abundance that seeks gratification and a sense of happiness from the outside world. Of course, everything is energy, so there is nothing wrong with having ‘stuff’ if we are meant to; if it serves/assists our journey of self realisation or if we are not depending on it for our sense of abundance and personal self worth.

The possession trade off

Acquiring sense of personal achievement (or abundance) by having lots of stuff always has a trade off. Eventually, possession based satisfaction leads to a ‘lack of’ feeling. How ironic! If it is not abruptly taken away from you (which often happens), then it's as if there is something missing that you can’t quite put your finger on. A soulful searching, reaching, yearning, bubbles away, growing in intensity until we either break down, suppress with something else (drugs, alcohol, comfort foods, TV etc) or surrender to it. The longing of the soul towards its own liberation and expansiveness will eventually have its way - maybe not today, maybe not even soon, but inevitably in some lifetime or other. The soul is like a river flowing back to the ocean. It will either keep evolving to ever higher levels of consciousness, or it will simply dissolve back into the source.
Deep inner peace and spiritual liberation can never be fully attained by the attachment to stuff. This is an illusionary abundance, that is always doomed to fail.
I imagine this is why so many spiritual people give up all or a lot of their possessions when they really start walking the spiritual path. It stems from an authentic urge, to lighten the burdensome attachment to the load.

Seeing the divine in all things

The second type of abundance is what I would term true spiritual abundance. I mean ‘true’ in the sense that it transcends the matrix of mass conditioning, whilst embracing that which is beyond the veil of illusion.
True abundance is shown by an authentic, omnipresent gratitude for the divinity in all things.
This is typically prolific for those who have awakened spiritually to unity consciousness.
The experience of true abundance is rarely an intellectual one. The experience exudes a deep gratitude for the moment, for breath, for existence, for experience. Those who have truly touched unity consciousness see the divine in all things.
When you are blessed enough to see the divine in all things, you can connect to the flow. They go hand in hand. Everything is divinely given. Everything is an opportunity to BE. We want for nothing, because we embody the knowing that we already have everything. Our true nature expands through the entire universe; through and beyond all things. We become both everything and nothing. You can only really know this once unity consciousness has been fully embodied and you've expanded into presence.
When we see the divine in all things, we might not have two pennies to rub together; we might lack a home or a family. Yet we are filled with the very divine energy that we see in all things. We are truly abundant!

Less is more

It’s no coincidence that the less people have, the happier they tend to be. Of course not everyone is like this, but I have definitely noticed a general trend. People with less learn to make the most of what they have. They learn to be more creative and resourceful. They learn to make stuff, repair stuff, to find joy in the littlest of things. They learn to work together, pool resources, play games, laugh more, understand one another more and entertain each other through dancing, singing and creative arts. It’s a fact that those with the least money will typically be more charitable to others who are less fortunate than themselves. They don’t tend to hoard or protect what they have, but rather trust that they have enough. They understand how they have been blessed with what they have and gain more inner abundance by sharing that. I have seen this time and time again. I have seen people possessing very little in monetary value, who are infinitely more abundant than their wealthy cousins.

The measure of true spiritual abundance

A great measurement of our level of abundance is the amount of unhindered peace we feel within.
The more aligned we are with the flow of higher consciousness, the more we allow the divine to flow freely through us. The more the divine flows freely through us, the more we feel profound peace at the core of our being. I have found this to be the most effective gauge of abundance.
If we have profound inner peace - what more would we want anyway?
I’ve met some of the most amazing people who are a divine embodiment of true spiritual abundance. You know when you see them, because they exude a pulsating energy of clear light. If they are open (and not jealous or threatened by another) then this pulse makes others around them touch true spiritual abundance within aswell. It's contagious. It's a free flowing wealth, available to all who trust in it.

Leaving matrix based conditioning

Most awakened people initially dance between ‘possession based abundance’ and ‘true spiritual abundance’. Once the spiritual path appears fully on the horizon, an increasing dissatisfaction with anything that is not divinely inspired becomes noticeably prevalent.
It is inevitable, that as a person becomes more and more aligned with the divine flow, they will become an increasing embodiment of true spiritual abundance.
True spiritual abundance is your destiny!
So, if you need some encouragement to fully embody true spiritual abundance - take inspiration from anything that resonates in this sharing and let it flow. Embrace the divine within you until it starts to bubble over and flood into the world!

INTO THE MYSTIC from Mental Slavery to Green Yogi

A post on my dream of self liberation for my island Ireland, that includes material of the Green Yogi, Van Morrison and the Orange Order

What Are You Tolerating in IrelandThat Drains Your Energy?

Alive or just breathing? Most people feel drained and exhausted by the end of the day. If we are made of energy, and we have none by the evening hours then perhaps it is wise to reflect upon the choices we make in our daily lives. Do we work a job that we ultimately hate? Do we justify it by telling ourselves what our culture ingrains, "that it's normal and common to work at a job we don't necessarily love, and those who do are just lucky or knew somebody in the field?" I think this is one of the biggest societal control mechanisms that we not only believe, but feed into and accept without much contemplation. Maybe you are doing what you love everyday, so what about the people you surround yourself with? A long time ago I was introduced to the idea of vampires being present in our life- people who suck the life out of you. They are takers, parasites, burdens and thrive off depleting other people's energy and have no sense of self-reliance. You may be in a relationship with one, they may be your boss, they may be your parent. The point is not to judge them as "bad" but to have the awareness of how you feel in the accompaniment of these people. I think its extremely important to protect our energy, for it is the vital force that sustains our spirit. If we are constantly around people, or part of situations that are sucking the life out of us like a vacuum, then perhaps it is time for us to let that go, and "detox" our energy field. I have heard that there are 3 ways to deal with anything: accept it, change it, or leave it. If you are with a partner who you feel is depleting your energy, and you feel there is not a good balance, then changing it or leaving it are best because when we accept things that we just know deep inside are not good for us, we are really insulting our soul. We are suffocating our spirit when we knowingly engage in activities, relationships, and work that we don't feel is a vibrational match to feeling good. I think in preparing for the New Year, it is wise to go forth with committing to living your life in the direction of your dreams. Life is short, we are here for a short span of time, "a parenthesis in infinity" as Wayne Dyer says. With today being the last day of the year, perhaps this is a great time for reflection. A simple life is a happy life. I think we forget that we don't get to keep anything we accumulate in this life. We spend our whole lives chasing the bigger and better things, forgetting that those things too are impermanent, as are we. Finally, I believe that instead of making a list of new years resolutions of what we want to accomplish in 2016, perhaps we should make a list of things, people, and situations that we want to let go of, and that no longer serve us. I urge you to look inside and question your existence. Why are you here? What have you come to share with the world? I challenge you to listen to your heart and follow what would really make your soul sing, and live from that. I believe everyone is born with something to offer the world that is identified through ones interests or talents. Why are we living robotic lives that have nothing to do with what we really want? Perhaps we have been conditioned to think its okay, and if you want to live your life that way, so be it. But those who know they are destined to live successful, abundant, and happy lives, will find a way, and not an excuse.

Abundance

Spiritual Excellence
How to Attract Abundance, Spiritual Success Tip #1: Appreciate Others
by IHSAN on MARCH 10, 2011

The act of appreciating another is one of the most powerful ways to not only transcend the self and overcome the ego, but also one of the most effective ways to attract goodness and abundance into your life.

Commonly known as the Golden Rule, which is generally paraphrased as “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you,” desiring and appreciating the good fortune of another is so important that it may even be said to lead to the essence of true belief.

“And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.” — Jesus

“That which you want for yourself, seek for mankind.”

“The most righteous of believers is the one who is glad that others should have what is pleasing to himself, and who dislikes for others what for him is disagreeable.”
Quote of  Muhammad

That this is fundamentally the goal of spirituality is demonstrated beautifully in the movie The Book of Eli, where true belief is contrasted with hypocrisy, and Eli, the messenger and servant of truth, ultimately summarizes the core lesson of the spiritual path as simply, “Want for your brother what you want for yourself.”

“Want for your brother what you want for yourself. At least that’s what I got out of it.” — Quote of Eli (The Book of Eli)

The Problem of Egoism and Selfishness

The fundamental spiritual problem that plagues humanity is egoism, or selfishness. And the laws of life are such that they are designed to propel us towards growth, evolution, progress and ultimately the transcendence of egoism and selfishness.

One consequence of being self-centered, perpetually fixated on oneself and one’s needs and desires, while being blind and oblivious to the desire for the same good for others, is that it actually repels rather than attracts good from coming to us.

We all suffer from the problem of ego, so it’s nothing personal. What we choose to do about it is what matters. By becoming attached to our faults and identifying with them, we get stuck in them and fail to transcend them. Yet by consciously acknowledging a personal defect, rather than ignoring or suppressing it, we become capable of simply letting it go. In fact, the simple act of acknowledgement and bringing to awareness already begins the process of dissociation, or detachment.

“The next time you think your perfect, try walking on water.” — Bumper Sticker

Personal Inventory. How Do You Feel?

What do you feel when you see someone who has been blessed with something you want and that you may currently lack, such as good health, abundant wealth or a joyful relationship? Are you appreciative and grateful for the good that another has been given, or do you feel jealous, envious, resentful and angry?

Did you know that feelings of jealousy, envy or bitterness will actually repel rather than attract abundance and prosperity to you? It’s true, and making a conscious choice about how you choose to feel in such a situation can make a critical difference with regards to the possibility of you ever getting what you want in your own life.

When we feel jealous or envious, we are essentially affirming scarcity, and we are saying, with our emotions, that we do not have. This energetic exclamation of lack prevents having, for if we believe that we do not have a thing, how can we ever attract it?

By being appreciative of the good that others have and that you may currently lack, you are in effect affirming prosperity and attracting abundance to yourself through a prosperity consciousness, a reality and paradigm based in Truth and reflective of true belief in the Divine, in the goodness and infinite bounty, abundance and grace of God.

Weeding out such negative thoughts and beliefs from our souls is a fundamental teaching of Sufism, the path of self-purification and the spiritual dimension of the religion of Islam. For the harm of jealousy and envy, known as hasad in Arabic, is so great that an entire chapter of the Holy Qur’an is essentially a prayer of protection from its evil.

Attract Abundance: Appreciate Others

To come into alignment with Truth and enter into harmony with Life, CONSCIOUSLY PRACTICE APPRECIATING OTHERS. When you see a good quality in another, take a brief moment to to acknowledge that good without feeling lack, without feeling jealous or envious.

As an exercise, seek evidence of what you want and what is good in others. Affirm their existence and the possibility of you coming into vibrational harmony with them by going out of your way to appreciate in others what you currently lack.

Look at those with great health, abundant resources, healthy relationships and anything that is a favor from God with gratitude and appreciation, and simply say masha’llah, God has willed such. Become self-less, and so become purified of ego.

Let feelings of love and gratitude dominate your consciousness and define your state. Soon, you will begin becoming part of the very things you appreciate and they will naturally gravitate towards you, attracting them to yourself because you are now emitting attractive positive emotions rather than repulsive negative emotions.

Our world is changing, and we have the opportunity to change for the better. There is a new possibility, a new world, coming into existence. This new earth is based in love, not hate, in cooperation and compassion, not competition, in abundance and prosperity, not lack and scarcity.

Now, more than ever, it is imperative that we address the spiritual diseases that plague our souls. There is a divine will, a divine purpose, for humanity that we become the honored and noble servants and representatives of the Almighty. And life will continuously encourage us to become more self-less, less self-centered, and ultimately learn to leave the ego behind so we can embrace our divine destiny.

I beleive it helps transcend the one who is appreciated as well as the other who appreciates, especially when that which is appreciated is of true virtue. I certainly appreciate the message of your article and your faith in such laws, both are an inspiration to follow.
