PERVERTS OF MI5 JUSTICE & CHILDREN IN IRELAND

I have attempted to explain recently, on the political whoremasters of Child Rape in Ireland with recent articles, how British secret services in Ireland, are using Child Rape, to infiltrate, control and pervert, all of the politcal parties, in the Irish establishment, including the junta in Occupied Ireland, which are, as result, subservient to London. If that were not serious enough, they are committing further crimes, in perverting the course of justice, extending their Dirty War, which employs Dirty Tricks, to infiltrate policing, the judiciary, the DPP's office and the Prison Administration. Many people voted for the now almost defunct Irish Peace Process, on the back of promises made to a war weary people, twenty years ago, that there would have be a Reconciliation & Truth Commission, along with Justice. Neither of these elements have materialized. Political policing, secret diplock courts, years of political internment without trial, continue, because the course of justice has been perverted by MI5, Britain's secret police, who have clearly compromised both the judiciary, and the DPP's office, with their perverted manipulation, and the use of their black book. The internment of both Marian Price and Martin Corey, are the best known examples of numerous cases of political internment without trial, that has happened. It is meant to intimidate and silence opposition, in what is clearly an undemocratic, sectarian, corrupt, occupation by the British, in Ireland. These Irish victims of British oppression, desperately need international help, to have justice and freedom in their own land. I am reluctant from experience to be involved in any campaign for justice, unless I am certain of all the facts. I am absolutely satisfied, that Seamus Daly is an innocent man. Do not take my word for it, you can do your own research, but once you are convinced, as I am, I would ask you to please share these facts, as far and often as you can, because they will be generally censored. I would also ask you to network internationaly on this campaign.

The Internment of Seamus Daly, mirrors exactly what happened to myself, almost 40 years ago in London, at the birth of my first born son. I was arrested going to the hospital, after i was informed by telephone, that my wife had gone into labour. I was told that I was going to be charged with several political murders in England. By the time I was released, my wife had given birth, but was unconscious, and close to death, as a result of being incorrectly medicated, following my absence, to sign the document necessary, and give the appropriate information, related to my wife's blood type and previous medical history, so that she world not receive inappropriate medication. The doctors apologized to me and were extremely worried about her survival at the time. Fortunately, they are both alive and well today in Occupied Ireland.

The case of Seamus Daly, is the umpteenth example of the DPPs Office in Occupied Ireland, being as corrupt as it was 40 years ago, colluding with the British Dirty War, that includes sectarian, political, policing. A broad unified front, needs to be organized, to uncover, the corruption, that affects every activist, resisting British Rule in Ireland, along with uncovering the corrupt collaboratiors, of a fake peace process, that has neither a Truth & Reconciliation or a Justice element, to it. As Ms. Trainor articulated with clarity, in the above recording, this material needs to be assimilated for international bodies such as the UN, and for the public to be informed of it's consistent history and pattern of perveting the course of justice, by all the political parties and bureaucrats involved. As was clearly pointed out in the interview, this is the same method of political internment, employed in the internment of Martin Corey, Marian Price, Sean Hoey and numerous others, so there is clearly, MI5 interference in the PPS Office. It is also the same perversion of justice, that has innocent people like the Craigavon 2, serving long prison sentences, like the innocent Guildford Four and the innocent Birmingham Six. The H-Block/Armagh Commitee, is the best example, that I can remember, of a broad front, to articulate these issues. Without Unity and Clarity, this task is difficult. Many people are not getting involved, not because of fear, but because of contradictiory public statements on prisoner issues, which are muddying the waters and causing misunderstandings. The British probably believe, that they are in a win, win, situation on this, in that the more public the issue becomes, the more it refreshes the False Flag of Omagh, which causes further division. A solution needs to be found on this, and I believe a focussed campaign on what is actually happening at the DPP or PPS s Office and the serial nature of their Diplock, conveyor belt internment, needs to be internationally revealed. Maybe this is the best way forward, combined with making it an international issue, along with liasing, with the UN rapponteur Juan Mendez, on psychological torture. Replacements need to be found, for the two Irish lawyers assassinated, by the British, who were very effective internationally on these matters.

MI5 Alex McCrory a Case History

'I told spooks — I'd rather serve a life sentence in prison than work for you'

Suzanne Breen,

A leading dissident republican last night sent a defiant message to MI5 –'I'd rather serve a life sentence in prison than work for you.'

Ex-IRA prisoner Alex McCrory returned to Grosvenor Road police station where less than a week ago, spooks dramatically entered his cell and tried to recruit him when he was under arrest.

He told the Sunday World how MI5 warned him that, without their help, he could face another lengthy jail sentence.

And he revealed how his 15-year-old son, who has no involvement with republicanism, was also arrested and held by cops at the same time in what he claims was a deliberate attempt to apply pressure to make him turn tout.

McCrory, from West Belfast, served 14 years in the H-blocks for the Provisional IRA. He was one of the youngest ever blanketmen, joining the dirty protest when he was just 17.

The veteran republican refused point-blank to have any dealings with the three spooks who approached him on Monday night, ordering them to "get the f**k out of my cell".

McCrory said: "No amount of money MI5 could pay, nothing they could say or do, could ever get me to work for them. They told me their offer was just between me and them and not to do anything silly like go to the press.

"I'm speaking out because spooks skulk in the shadows, totally unaccountable. It's time to flush them out. There's no shame in being approached by MI5 – the shame is in working for them."

The republican revealed how MI5 had intensified their recruitment drive. Dozens of republicans and their friends were approached every week but most were "too embarrassed" to go public.

The entire encounter in Grosvenor Road was captured on the barracks' internal CCTV system. McCrory's solicitor, Kevin Winters, has written to the PSNI asking for the tapes.

Winters said: "The law allows MI5 to try to recruit people. What we object to is sinister developments like this where children are used to pressurise parents."

The lawyer has lodged a complaint with the Chief Constable and the Police Ombudsman.

One of the MI5 trio – who uses the name Harry – has repeatedly tried to recruit McCrory, ringing him at home and on his mobile. The republican logged every approach with his solicitor and even put Harry's phone number on the internet.

The latest attempt came after McCrory was arrested by police in connection with a local, non-political dispute in the Falls Road area. He was interrogated by detectives about allegedly making threats during the incident.

McCrory said: "After police had questioned me, two plain-clothes guys walked into my cell. Another stood outside. I knew immediately they were MI5. I said 'get the f**k out'.

"They told me to calm down. I pushed past them and told the civilian guard in the corridor these men had entered my cell against my will. He said everything was being recorded on CCTV."

McCrory returned to his cell and sat on the mattress. He picked up an autobiography of an ex-SAS man which was there and started reading it. "This annoyed the spooks because I wouldn't even look at them," he said.

The intelligence officers, one of whom was 'Harry', referred to Massereene and Constable Ronan Kerr's murder. "They said compared to the Provisional IRA campaign, dissident activity was futile," McCrory revealed.

"They asked why an old school republican like me was wasting time with 'these dissidents'. They told me I'd eventually come a cropper." The spooks claimed legendary republican heroes like Bobby Sands and Brendan Hughes were turning in their graves in horror at dissident attacks.

McCrory saod the MI5 men claimed they wanted to "build a relationship" which could benefit both him and them: "They said I could be jailed for up to seven years in connection with the charges I was being questioned about.

"They remarked it had been my 50th birthday a few weeks earlier and I was too old to go back to jail. They said they'd friends in high places who could make my current problems disappear if I co-operated.

"They said my 15-year-old son was now in trouble with the police and surely I didn't want him to end up like I'd done, spending years in jail." As they left McCrory's cell, the spooks told him they'd spend the night in the police station – in case he changed his mind about working for them before he was charged the next morning.

McCrory appeared in Belfast Magistrates Court on Tuesday charged with making threats. He is strongly denying the charges. His son was released from custody but a file has been sent to the PPS.

McCrory, who comes from a well-known republican family, became disillusioned with Sinn Féin's political strategy and support for the PSNI in recent years.

GERRY ADAMS GETS DOWN & DIRTY IN IRISH PEACE PROCESS

27 NOVEMBER 2014 Belfast, Ireland

Provisional Sinn Fein MP Michelle Gildernew ,has described today, the DUP's Gregory Campbell as "a bollocks" after her party leader Gerry Adams, also talked about "breaking the bastards", while responding to an earlier debate on the Irish language, in which Unionist DUP MP Gregory Campbelle said "curry my yogurt can coca coalyer"sounds similar to the Irish phrase, 'go raibh maith agat, Ceann Comhairle' which means approximately, thank you chairperson.

Earlier this week, negotiations commenced with the prospect of reviving the Irish Peace Process, which are chaired by a US Envoy from John Kerry's office. If these exchanges this week, are anything to go by, it appears that the Irish Peace Process, is definitely finished, with the the only prospect for peace, now being a Federal solution for the island, with an internal settlement proving impossible.

IRISH PEACE PROCESS A DEAD PARROT

As a former member of Provisional Sinn Fein, I have been waiting a long time for some indication that they were willing to stand up to the the British. This is a welcome step in the right direction, hopefully they will walk their talk. Kelly & Murphy should know as well as anyone, that the reason the sun never set on the British Empire is because He couldn't trust an Englishman in the dark. At the end of the day, an internal solution in the North will not work. I have just seen the Cait Trainor statement of resignation, where she put her Republican Principles before Personalities. We need more Republicans with the balls(women have them too) to do the same, while sticking together under the umbrella of the Republican Movement and family, while still sticking by our own interpretation and principles. Life is short and if we cannot learn from our mistakes and remain true to ourselves, it simply becomes a waste of precious lives. We need a genuine Truth & Reconciliation forum like the South Africa model, to unite us in the common cause of Ireland. We also need as best we can as Republicans to stick together as much as is possible, to achieve victory. This is the main lesson the English learned from the previous Roman Empire, which Ireland still has not learned and it is critical to victory. The British are always working, especially in the dark to divide and conquer!. The Republican Movement needs to find some sort of unity, while still keeping our Principles to achieve victory! beir bua!

Resignation:
As of today 19th November 2014 - I have regretfully resigned my position as Vice President of Republican Sinn Féin and withdrew my membership from the organisation.
Republican Sinn Féin have recently moved away from a position that I firmly believe in, which is non co-operation in any manner with the Parades Commission and RUC to commemorate our Patriot dead, and as such their policies are now at odds with my principles. If I were to remain a member it would be dishonest to both Republican Sinn Féin and myself and would serve no good.
The contemptuous behaviour by some members of the leadership towards me since the Ard Fheis of 2014, when I showed my opposition to this move has been truly startling and nothing short of an attempt to censor me. Attempts were made at the Ard Fheis to remove the motion put forward by my own Cumann confirming that we would not use the Parades commission from the Clar, this was the first anything untoward was made apparent.
Within days of my opposition to rejecting the motion I was castigated, suspended and attempts made to cover this up as a personal rather than a political matter. As a person of integrity and honour I have never been afraid to stand up to those who are unjust and this is no exception.
I wish to make clear however that I feel no animosity towards Republican Sinn Féin. It has been my privilege to have been a member and I have the utmost respect for countless people I have worked with. For my part I will continue to be a political activist and work towards the independence of our Country of which we all hold so dear.

Remember Remember the 10th of December

Remember Remember the 10th of December , the day that the Government Fell ,
And we lent them a hand with a final demand that would see them all go to hell !

With a ne'r by your leave nor a tug at the sleeve for the things that we asked for ...by right !
While they blackened our name and tried to defame us with talk of violence and Fight .

Well , a fight they have got , and one that is not , of the type they tried sell to the press ,
And our numbers will swell and we'll see them to hell in the wake of their own sorry mess .

And it won't be a few that wash that whole crew right out of the Dail you can bet ,
For the days now are numbered for those that encumbered the People of Ireland with debt .

So now God please save us from those that enslave us and help us to stand up with pride ,
And banish the ones that dance for the huns and got there because they have lied .

We need faith in ourselves and to find that which dwells way down in the depth of our soul ,
A bond that unites and takes us to hight's of virtues that we can extol .
So now can't you see united of course ,
we can make this small country a place ,
Where the riches bestowed are a gift not a load to be taken for profit by force .
So Remember Remember the 10th of December the day that the Government Fell ,
They are weak we are strong it is time they were gone and it's probably just as well .
For they rule by ' Consent ' and the promises lent to the will of the people they serve ,
Now we've seen through their scam it is time they were ran and get just what they deserve .
For they lied and we cried and we let it be known , that this pain it is too much to bear ,
But from ivory towers they spend what is ours and they do it without any care .
And they don't feel our pain as we stand in the rain , sometimes you would think it's no use ,
But take heart Ochone for you stand not alone , and we'll take no more of their abuse .
If we take back our Isle then fortune will smile on a people united and strong ,
But divided we'll fall and dance to their call and that would be terribly wrong .
We don't do this just , for our own selfish gain , we do it for each generation ,
For the ones still to come and the ones too long gone that we hold in great veneration .
When your children grow up and they ask you............................... "Where were you , on the 10th of December " ?
Don't let it be said as they put 'YOU' to bed , that ..... "I'm sorry I just don't remember " !
So ....Remember Remember the 10th of December , BRING OUT FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS AS WELL ,
And let it be known in every town ' TWAS.......
THE DAY THAT THE GOVERNMENT FELL !

WILL U.S. PEACE PROCESS ENVOY DO THE RIGHT THING

Oh, croppies ye'd better be quiet and still
Ye shan't have your liberty, do what ye will
As long as salt water is formed in the deep
A foot on the necks of the croppy we'll keep
And drink, as in bumpers past troubles we drown,
A health to the lads that made croppies lie down
Down, down, croppies lie down.

The Irish Peace process has encouraged Irish people to accept, to tolerate and to understand the Orange Order culture as practiced by hundreds of thousands of Orange men, since the creation of their sectarian state almost a hundred years ago. Heaven knows Irish people have tried for centuries to understand the planters and be patient with their culture, that seems to be based exclusively on prejudice, bigotry and “Croppie lie down” mentality. But the hatred is as overwhelming and simply unbearable to sensitive souls, as their massive bonfires and sectarian killing rituals drag on year after year. Their tactics are straight out of a KKK manual and they are now once again parading in KKK garb as above. This eternal marching chant, continues to rant through Irish streets, in several thousand marches annually.

They burn anything from thousands of effigies of his holiness, to anything remotely Celtic or green, to native property, accompanied by huge Lambeg drums with viriolic “hate speech,” which the British seem to selectively mentor or ignore while censoring the Irish. They scrawl vile racism on the Irish flag. They flaunt KKK slogans, such as, “Wee are not racist we just hate cotton picken N..”. which are paraded down Irish streets, while the vast majority of Irish people, are expected to accept and encourage this culture, for the sake of the Peace Process. Turn the other cheek they say but if you observe carefully, people from that part of Ireland, you will notice they are disfigured, from winding in their necks and talking out of the side of their mouths. A rude generalization you may exclaim but I have scrutinized them carefully firsthand.

This is not culture, it is simply pure hatred and bigotry, it has no place in a civilized Ireland from any quarter, including the resulting reactionary politics, which is far easier talk than walk, when it is marching down your streets for most of the year. So in this context, as Gary Hart is a very welcome envoy from the the US to people craving a solution, sits down to negotiate with these British mentored power brokers and ruling elite. However, let there be no illusions about what he is dealing with and let him honestly call them by their correct names in plain English rather than be seduced, by the rhetoric of the British gravy train of political careerists.

He is dealing with racists not a culture. He is dealing with hate speech not free speech. He is dealing with sectarian incitement to violence, not empty and harmless slogans. The sooner Gary Hart faces these realities, the better the odds, of Ireland avoiding a looming, sectarian, civil war. Denial of these hard facts, of what the Orange Order consider acceptable behavior, will simply lead us further down the road to the abyss. Like the Middle East Peace Process, the Irish version remains in eternal gridlock, because of the intransigence of supremacist ideology. It must be called out. The Orange Order bretheren of the KKK is not acceptable in the States why should it be in Ireland. Republicans in the States are permitted to bear arms for self-defence, while any republican in Ireland is deemed a terrorist who protects his home on such hate filled streets. Don't get me wrong, I do not advocate a military solution but in a sectarian state, where police walk in, and liquidate whole families, people are entitled to defend their flesh and blood.

Objective political analysts, that include the Unionist and British tradition, are slowly coming to the realization, that the only realistic road to a lasting peace is a Federal Ireland. London is tiring in a time of contrived austerity of it's 10 billion annual subsidy, to the non-viable, artificial 'statelet'. That is the trump card for any honest broker of substance to face down the Orange Order bullying and bluff. If Gary Hart himself cannot do the right thing and he does carry enough clout to do it, then the only realistic alternative for the ordinary people, who are being held hostage to this anomaly, is that the European Union starts to assume it's political and financial responsibilities, if the British continue with their hands off approach and continue to enable this Orange Order monstrosity, to ruin the lives of generations of Irish people to come.

Perhaps this writer has become cynical, with the amount of hot air, that has been expended around the Irish Peace Process, so I hope our American friends can forgive me, when I write, that searching through the US envoy's speech yesterday, around negotiations in Belfast currently, I can find nothing of substance, that offers hope that the monster of the Orange Order Veto will finally be faced down. I sincerely hope I am wrong and I would be happy to see any evidence from anyone, who can demonstrate it simply and clearly, that the US is truly being an honest broker of substance and prove my analysis incorrect. Meanwhile in such avoid, I remain a proponent of of moving on to a Federal solution, rather than remain stuck in the eternal, internal, problem of a sectarian contrived entity. Below is a copy of Gary Harts speech of yesterday, where he asks people to do the right thing. Mr Hart, with all due respect, I urge you, with all the resources that a reformed pacifist can command, to lead by example.

GARY HART 14 NOVEMBER 2014

I've been honoured to represent United States Secretary of State John Kerry on issues related to Northern Ireland. It is well-known that the current talks span a great number of issues from finance to parades, flags, and the past to implementation of previous agreements to restructuring political institutions. Given the wide array of group interests, fashioning any kind of comprehensive resolution of all these subjects, each one more dear to one group than another, is an immense challenge to those seeking negotiated solutions.
As we in America have done for more than two decades, we continue to try to be helpful. The United States Government does not bring a preconceived solution to the table. The citizens of Northern Ireland well know by now that we are an outside presence simply seeking to support these negotiations. Other than a peaceful and prosperous future for all the people of Northern Ireland, we have no agenda of our own.

Her Majesty's Government and the Government of the Republic of Ireland have been very welcoming to a continued US presence. They both understand that we have no political agenda of our own. The ability of the United States Government to add encouragement, ideas, and assistance is dependent on this collective trust among our governments and we will continue to build upon it.

After many years of public service at home and engagement in projects in nations around the world, I find a concern that virtually all human beings share - the love of our children and the hope for a better future for them. This is perhaps the most powerful common human instinct. We can build upon it.

All of us must appreciate this: we do not have to sacrifice the common good and the interests of future generations in order to maintain our identity. My nation, a nation of immigrants, did not demand that immigrant groups give up their cultures and histories in order to become American. But we have promoted the idea that all in America, regardless of their origin, had an interest in achieving a better common future as a nation.

The ghosts of the past must not be allowed to haunt the future of those yet unborn. Despite historic differences, I am struck by the intelligence and goodwill of all the party leaders I have met. Yes, they have their respective party agendas. But there is in each and all of them a desire to move beyond the past. It is not a question of whether; it is a question of how.

We in the United States can seek to encourage private investments, and thus employment opportunities, to Northern Ireland. But our success in that effort will require political stability and a functioning, problem-solving government operated by men and women of goodwill.

As a frequent visitor to Northern Ireland, I am finding citizens organising themselves around a common future, a future that will be better in every way for their children. Pursuing a sense of the common good requires us to place the interests of traditional politics at a distant second.

Northern Ireland's great poet, Seamus Heaney, once described a "republic of conscience" in which there were "no porters, no interpreter, no taxi". In this republic, he wrote, "you carried your own burden and very soon your symptoms of creeping privilege disappeared". And as to public leaders, he said, they "must swear to uphold unwritten law and weep to atone for their presumption to hold office".

This republic is what Vaclav Havel called "a politics above politics". It is the realm where we must do what is right and not what is politically advantageous to us and our group.

As the years have passed - in my case many years - I have come to pay attention to the republic of conscience more than the republic of traditional politics. And in doing so I have found an increasing number of people shedding any notion of power in the form of creeping privilege and putting the common good above the presumptions of political office.

Perhaps if we all keep our eyes on the republic of conscience, a place where politics and power are kept in perspective and we atone for our presumption to hold office, those in Northern Ireland and those of us in America, can escape the worst of our past. A friend of mine once said that each of us is better than the worst thing we have ever done.

Americans must always be cautious in our interventions. We must always keep in mind that we killed hundreds of thousands of our own citizens in a bloody civil war. We are still atoning for our early history of slavery and that has not been easy. But each generation of Americans has produced a few citizens of the republic of conscience who have led us to higher things and who have urged us to keep our eyes on the stars.

So too with Northern Ireland. You have some remarkably capable and visionary leaders in office and in the public square. You have every right to be optimistic, to hope for a better future for your children, to say, in the words of Martin Luther King's memorable speech: "I have a dream today."

The people of America wish for you to achieve that dream and to be with you when it happens. As President Obama put it in his speech in June 2013 at the Waterfront Hall: "And you should know that so long as you are moving forward, America will always stand by you as you do."

BREAKING NEWS & LEAKS: IRELAND UKRAINE CLARITY

THE IRISH PEACE PROCESS IS DEAD

Ms Villiers British Viceroyal in Ireland was quizzed by MPs today about their government's controversial scheme, which saw around 200  Irish republicans told they were no longer wanted by police.

She said: "No-one should rely on them any longer to regulate their behaviour. If they drew some comfort from those letters in the past they should no longer draw comfort from them in the future."

The 'on-the-runs' programme was a critical part of the Irish Peace Process,  the Villiers statement is a coded conclusion and confirmation, that the British will no longer fulfill its obligations under the Agreement.

BelfastTelegraph

There have since been a number of investigations into the incident, including a judge-led review which was ordered by Prime Minister David Cameron.

Lady Justice Hallett found serious failings in the 'on-the-runs' administrative scheme - but also that letters sent to terrorism suspects "did not amount to an amnesty".

Hundreds of immunity letters given to IRA members are

'not to be relied' on, Theresa Villiers has told a

 Westminster committee.

said the letters 'could not be
relied' on, as she gave evidence in
front of MPs during a sitting of the
 Northern Ireland Affairs
 Committee, this afternoon.
"No-one should rely on them any
 longer to regulate their
behaviour," she told members of

 the Northern Ireland Affairs
 Committee.

"If they drew some comfort from
those letters in the past they
 should no longer draw comfort
from them in the future."

Lady Justice Hallett said a
 "catastrophic" error had been
made in the Downey case; she
 insisted the letters of assurance
did not amount to amnesties or
 get-out-of-jail-free cards.
Under the scheme, which started running in 2000, almost
190 republicans who had left the UK jurisdiction received
assurances they were not being sought by British
authorities. A number who applied for assurances were
not granted them because they were considered as
 wanted.

The judge also noted that a number of generic letters
issued did not include a caveat that prosecutions could be
mounted in the future if further evidence emerged.

Ms Villiers said her announcement would not 100%
guarantee that abuse of process bids could not be made
in the future but she said she was going as far as she
could to provide clarity on the status of the letters.

The Northern Ireland Secretary has consistently insisted
the letters never amounted to amnesties and were only
factual statements about an individual's status in regard
to the authorities at a particular point in time.

In that context she has stated on a number of occasions
that any sense of general "rescinding" of the letters was
 not applicable.

Ms Villiers repeated that interpretation today while giving
evidence to the committee's own inquiry into the on-the-
run scheme.

"I'm not sure rescind is the appropriate term but they
should not be relied on," she said.

Ms Villiers had pledged to take legal advice in the wake of
the Hallett report to deal with any of the specific issues
 flagged up by the judge.

She told MPs today that individuals with letters would be
treated by the authorities in exactly the same way as
individuals who did not have one.

"The Hallett report concludes that errors of fact were
made, and errors of judgment may have been made, in
cases considered under the scheme," she said.

"The serious systemic failures in the way the scheme was
run which are highlighted in the Hallett Report must
mean that there is a very real possibility that mistakes
were made in other cases which have yet to come to
light.

"In the light of this, no one should take any comfort from
these letters. No one should rely on them.

"Decisions of the independent police and prosecuting
authorities on whether individuals are prosecuted will be
on the basis of decisions made now, not decisions made
at some point in the past. And those decisions will be
made on the basis of all the available evidence.

"To all those who have a letter I say - if the police or
prosecuting authorities have evidence which is available
today or becomes available in the future to pursue you,
they can and will pursue you."

Ms Villiers said she would make a fuller written statement
to Parliament in "the coming days".

"This will set out my decision and the reasons for it and
set out next steps," she said.

"I would urge anyone affected by the administrative
scheme to read that statement when it is published."

They were granted to individuals suspected of terrorist
crimes committed before the signing of the Good Friday
Agreement in 1998. They told suspects whether they
were being sought by police over any past offences.

Irish Peace Process is Dead. Time to Move On !

Speaking with many people from across the political divide in Ireland currently , the general consensus privately, is that Irish Peace Process, is currently dying a slow death. One of its principal architects Gerry Adams in a statement recently stated, “The political process is in trouble. I believe that the political process faces its greatest challenge since the Good Friday Agreement negotiations in 1998. The anti-Good Friday Agreement axis within unionism; the pro-unionist stance of the British secretary of state Theresa Villiers; the refusal of Downing Street to honour its own obligations, are combining to create the most serious threat to the political institutions in the North in recent years.

“The result of all this is directly undermining power-sharing and partnership government. The unionist leaderships have been encouraged in their posture by a British government that has not been fully engaged with the political process for four years.” He added, that traditional pro-British Unionist were unwilling to participate positively in any of the Agreement's institutions, stating that “Instead it has adopted a tactical approach aimed at serving the political agenda of a fundamentalist rump in their party rather than the needs of the whole community,”

Again yesterday, Adams made a veiled attack, on the current Fine Gael regime in Government in the South of Ireland, which has traditionally protected the Unionists in the North, stating, "An anti-agreement axis has now emerged. There needs to be a pro-agreement axis and the two Governments need to be very, very focused on delivering on the agreement.”

The Irish Government has been too passive in my view and the Taoiseach(Irish Prime minister) could well emulate the example of Albert Reynolds (Another Peace Process architect who died last week)  to get involved and press ahead but particularly to keep the British Government to its obligations.”

The traditional Unionist Leader in the north Peter Robinson statement in reply, "Once more we see the self-serving attempt by Sinn Fein to distract public attention from real problems by blaming everyone, except itself, for what it asserts is a crisis that impacts on the political institutions."

Last week Hilary Clinton's aide Nancy Soderberg said, “Today, too many in Ireland take two decades of a ceasefire for granted. They still focus on their own sense of victimhood of the past and fail to forge a new united community that can not only solidify the peace, but even build shared prosperity. A look back at the hard-fought ceasefire may encourage some broader thinking about the responsibility of leadership to build a better shared future for the people of Ireland.”

The British Conservative Government and their Vice Royal in Ireland, since coming to power, other than enforcing a heavy censorship of international media coverage of the ongoing low intensity war In Occupied Ireland, have irresponsibly taken a hands off approach with the Peace Process and essentially have failed to understand the critical small print of the dying Good Friday agreement.

In a recent statement the leader of Republican Sinn Fein, the traditional  Irish Republican voice, leader Des Dalton stated, "We are being asked to abandon the high ideals, that inspired that revolutionary generation of a century ago and instead embrace the mythology of empire. It is evident that in the decade of centenaries, the political establishments of Leinster House, Stormont and Westminster, are determined to draw a line under Irish history. By demonising and isolating Irish Republicanism and refusing it access to public debate, they hope, that it will simply fade from the public consciousness, robbed of historical or political legitimacy. Quoting from a Ronan Fanning article in the Irish Times, he added,  “…the propagation of a bland, bloodless, bowdlerised and inaccurate hybrid of history, which if carried to extremes, is more likely to provoke political outrage than to command intellectual respect, let alone consensus.”

The Freemasonry of the Orange Order are now front and centre in Unionist, Fine Gael and British politics. Its Chaplain, Rev Mervyn Gibson, the most influential person in all-party talks on flags, parading and the past, is even more influential after the DUP and UUP scuttled the talks by the recent US Government to try move the dying process on, with its envoys Richard Haas and Meghan Sullivan sent packing by the Orange Order, exercising its trump card, the Orange veto. This is one of many critical factors, that was not dealt with by The Peace process. Another was the issue of large numbers of political prisoners still languishing in British Gaols, in both parts of Ireland. This threatens to explode again at any moment, in the same way that, the Hunger Strike of Bobby Sands and the 11 other Irish Republicans, who starved to death on Hunger Strike, changing the face of Irish politics and giving the platform to the Adams voice, to be serious player he now is in Irish politics.

Now however, as the Orange Order have demonstrated themselves to be the real voice of traditional Unionism, while Adams clearly does not speak for traditional Irish Republicans. What Nancy Soderberg and the British Conservative Party in London have failed to grasp, is that the Good Friday Agreement will not stick, without a proper foundation, in the context of both the Orange and Green traditions of Ireland. These traditions are deep in the psyche of the majority of Irish people's consciousness. One of the principal lessons of the last 800 years of Irish History, which Ms Soderberg in the context of Ireland and many American citizens in the context of their own short history, fail to understand is "Old Europe."

In light of all of this, one does not have to be particularly bright to observe, that the Peace Process is past its sell by date on the ground in Ireland. It clearly needs to evolve into something more comprehensive and inclusive, with respect to the matter of Orange/Green traditions and their real voices. Clearly again for a more permanent solution, the "Peace Process needs to evolve from a superficially contrived short term solution into a bedded down Comprehensive Settlement Process.

Settlement Process

The English Oxford dictionary  defines "settlement"as "An official agreement intended to resolve a dispute or conflict." Obviously in any permanent settlement, compromise is critical and nobody is going to achieve their ideals. This needs to be first accepted by everyone at the negotiating table, however painful. The alternative is a war for total victory, the consequence of which, no sane mind can countenance. Most fair minded traditional Irish republicans will acknowledge, that the Orange tradition has made considerable sacrifices, with respect to their identity, particularly in the context of both World Wars and the recent ongoing war in Ireland, with tens of thousands losing their lives in all of this. This is a considerable factor in their tradition and identity. Any agreement that ignores this reality is doomed.

Likewise within the "green tradition," millions of Irish have died, as a result of British colonialism. This reality cannot simply be airbrushed out of Irish history by revisionism, because it is deeply embedded, consciously or unconsciously, within the Irish psyche, on the same scale as the Jewish Holocaust is with Israelites. It also must be addressed within any credible settlement. There are  many other pressing, critical social issues within Ireland, such as a Bill of Civil Rights, People before Profit, transparent genuine Immediate Democracy, with modern technology, such as internet democracy, with checks and balances, that ensure ordinary people have real voting power, against unregulated corporate monopolies hijacking the constitutional process, with political bribery and the current endemic corruption of the present system, in all parts of Ireland.

To any objective political view, of the small island of Ireland, with its current political realities, it is crystal clear, that a Federal solution, similar to many other European countries, is really the only feasible solution to the current reality, with an arrangement where Unionists in Ulster keep their identity and traditions, within a British Commonwealth arrangement, customized specifically to facilitate their specific traditions and arrangements to protect them, along with their British brethren, from the creeping, fascist monopoly of Europe. This of course will be anathema to many traditional Irish republicans, but it will take compromise, fair mindedness and sacrifice, in any credible settlement, that is based on reality, as opposed to the horrific alternative.

Of course many will argue, that the changing demographics on the ground will change this, but in a spirit of true reconciliation, all minorities, including immigrant aspirations, must be respected in any genuine modern democracy. Traditional Irish Republicans like Ruarai O'Bradaigh, recognized this and presented drafts for a comprehensive agreement, that factored in much of this compromise, in a Spirit of Genorosity, which has traditionally been a much acclaimed Irish characteristic, at least until recently. It is time for everyone to get real, put their ego's and personalities to one side and make this comprehensive, inclusive, settlement a reality, based on civilized principles of human progress.

The author formally does not belong to any political organization and offers this proposal in a spirit of unity not division. Because of fascist censorship in Ireland presently, I also ask  those readers who agree with the outlines of this proposal, to share it wherever you can. If you belong to a political party, trade union or political forum or platform, please take up this proposal and make it as inclusive as possible. If you are overseas or non Irish, we still need your help for a comprehensive, inclusive settlement.

BRIT DIRT WAR CONTINUES DESPITE IRISH PEACE PROCESS

in the middLE OF A  bRITISH SECRET SERVICE dIRTY TRICKS op OF ID HACK, DISINFO & a DISCREDIT CAMPAIGN, i HAVE BEEN CHECKING AROUND FOR ANYTHING RELEVANT. THE FOLLOWING IS WHAT i HAVE FOUND SO FAR.

The Dirty War by Martin Dillon uncovers a real-life underground world of double and triple agents - many of whom have shared their stories with him. It exposes the covert strategies and tactics used in political conflicts, including the use of State terrorist agents and the 'enforcers' used by State terrorists to seek out collaborators in their ranks.

The Guardian, UK: The Dirty War makes Cold War duplicity a la Deighton and Le Carre seem positively endearing.'
Financial Times, London: 'Dillon's exhaustive work, The Dirty War, covers the whole panoply of dirty tricks and conspiracies, black propaganda, disinformation, psychological warfare, conflicts between MI5 and MI6, double agents and sectarian murders. It is grippingly written with the pace of a thriller and the book scores highly because of Mr. Dillon's detachment'.

UK intelligence forced to reveal secret policy for mass surveillance of residents’ Facebook and Google use

SHARE:

Britain’s top counter-terrorism official has been forced to reveal a secret Government policy justifying the mass surveillance of every Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and Google user in the UK.
This disturbing policy was made public due to a legal challenge brought by Privacy International, Liberty, Amnesty International, the American Civil Liberties Union, Pakistani organisation Bytes for All, and five other national civil liberties organisations1
The statement, from Charles Farr, the Director General of the Office for Security and Counter Terrorism, claims that the indiscriminate interception of UK residents’ Facebook and Google communications would be permitted under law because they are defined as ‘external communications’.
Farr’s statement, published today by the rights organisations, is the first time the Government has openly commented on how it thinks it can use the UK’s vague surveillance legal framework to indiscriminately intercept communications through its mass interception programme, TEMPORA.
The secret policy outlined by Farr defines almost all communications via Facebook and other social networking sites, as well as webmail services Hotmail and Yahoo and web searches via Google, to be ‘external communications’ because they use web-based ‘platforms’ based in the US.
The distinction between ‘internal’ and ‘external’ communications is crucial. Under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (‘RIPA’), which regulates the surveillance powers of public bodies, ‘internal’ communications may only be intercepted under a warrant which relates to a specific individual or address. These warrants should only be granted where there is some suspicion of unlawful activity. However, an individual’s ‘external communications’ may be intercepted indiscriminately, even where there are no grounds to suspect any wrongdoing.
By defining the use of ‘platforms’ such as Facebook, Twitter and Google as ‘external communications’, British residents are being deprived of the essential safeguards that would otherwise be applied to their communications - simply because they are using services that are based outside the UK.
Such an approach suggests that GCHQ believes it is entitled to indiscriminately intercept all communications in and out of the UK. The explanations given by Mr Farr suggest that:
  • GCHQ is intercepting all communications - emails, text messages, and communications sent via “platforms” such as Facebook and Google – before determining whether they fall into the “internal” or “external” categories
  • The Government considers almost all Facebook and other social media communications, and Google searches will always fall within the “external” category, even when such communications are between two people in the UK
  • Classifying communications as “external” allows the Government to search through, read, listen to and look at each of them. The only restriction on what they do with communications that they classify as “external” is that they cannot search through such communications using keywords or terms that mention a specific British person or residence.
  • Even though the Government is conducting mass surveillance - intercepting and scanning through all communications in order to work out whether they are internal or external - they consider that such interception “has less importance” than whether a person actually reads the communication, which is where the Government believes “the substantive interference with privacy arises”.
  • The Government believes that, even when privacy violations happen, it is not an “active intrusion” because the analyst reading or listening to an individual’s communication will inevitably forget about it anyway.
The legal challenge is brought following revelations made by Edward Snowden about the UK’s global digital surveillance activities. Farr is the government’s star witness in the case, which will be heard by the Investigatory Powers Tribunal between 14 and 18 July 2014. Read our arguments here.
In addition to Farr's statement, we are publishing the witness statements from Dr Gus Hosein, Executive Director of Privacy International, and Eric King, Deputy Director of Privacy International. Additional evidence submitted by Privacy International, from Dr Ian Brown, Oxford Internet Institute, and Cindy Cohn, Legal Director of the Electronic Frontier Foundation, can be found here and here.
Eric King, Deputy Director of Privacy International said:
Intelligence agencies cannot be considered accountable to Parliament and to the public they serve when their actions are obfuscated through secret interpretations of byzantine laws. Moreover, the suggestion that violations of the right to privacy are meaningless if the violator subsequently forgets about it not only offends the fundamental, inalienable nature of human rights, but patronises the British people, who will not accept such a meagre excuse for the loss of their civil liberties.”
James Welch, Legal Director of Liberty said:
The security services consider that they’re entitled to read, listen and analyse all our communications on Facebook, Google and other US-based platforms.  If there was any remaining doubt that our snooping laws need a radical overhaul there can be no longer. The Agencies now operate in a legal and ethical vacuum; why the deafening silence from our elected representatives?”
Michael Bochenek, Senior Director of International Law and Policy at Amnesty International said:
British citizens will be alarmed to see their government justifying industrial-scale intrusion into their communications. The public should demand an end to this wholesale violation of their right to privacy.”

Shahzad Ahmad, Country Director, Bytes for All
We’ve always believed that Tempora enables unlawful profiling of people living outside UK. Now we’ve come to learn that GCHQ are also subjecting UK residents to this intrusive spying. Such an action by UK intelligence agencies is sheer violation of people's privacy, security, freedom of expression, and assembly. Such attempts by established democracies are setting extremely worrisome precedents for repressive regimes all over the world."

Note to Editors:

Law:
  • Under s.8(1) Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (‘RIPA’), internal communications between British residents located within the UK, may only be monitored pursuant to a specific warrant. These specific warrants should only be granted where there is some reason to suspect the person in question of unlawful activity.
  • ‘External communications’ may be monitored indiscriminately under a ‘general warrant’ pursuant to s.8(4) RIPA.
Parties:
  • Privacy International is represented by Bhatt Murphy Solicitors, Dan Squires (Matrix Chambers) and Ben Jaffey (Blackstones Chambers)
  • Amnesty International is represented by Kirsty Brimelow QC and Jude Bunting (Doughty Street Chambers)

'THE SPOOKS RUN THE COUNTRY' - SIR DAVID HARE

Sir David Hare
According to the British playwright Sir David Hare'The security services are running the country.'

In The Guardian, Hare is quoted as saying: "The reason I'm writing about the security services is that there is no democratic control of them whatsoever.

"And now it seems the judiciary is joining in."

Hare has written three films for the BBC about an MI5 agent who is fed up with MI5's abuse of power.

The second of these BBC plays, Turks and Caicos, to be broadcast in March 2014, is about the MI5 agent hiding on a Caribbean island.

There he meets a CIA agent who is infiltrating a group of New Jersey businessmen.

The businessmen have built secret detention and torture camps for the US government.

But they have overcharged the US government.

Soon a body is found floating in the sea.

According to Hare: "There certainly isn't anybody in government with the guts to stand up to the security services and their effective free rein to do whatever they like.

"That's what these films are about - our powerlessness."

Hare interviewed a large number of British spies.

He says that many of them are as worried about what's happening as he is.

"There are people inside MI5 who think what has happened in the last 10 years is absolutely disgusting", says Hare.

David Dees Illustration.

According to Hare, what is in his play is happening in real life.

He says: "The American security services have been ripped off for such huge sums of money, a lot of them for phantom projects that don't even exist.

"They've been taken to the cleaners.

"Apart from anything else, the war on terror has been the biggest criminal racket for the last 10 years."

UK spy Stephen Ward. MYSTERIOUS STEPHEN.

In 2000, MI5 invited Hare to give a talk about the theatre.

Hare says: "When I went in in 2000, they had toffee accents, accents from years ago, and Le Carré was entirely accurate about how public school, white, posh and archaic it all was.

"It was empire - it still had the feeling of empire."

Hare's trilogy includes a UK prime minister who is a bit like Tony Blair, a man who intends to become very rich.

According to Hare: "Politics is just a function of business now."

The security services reportedly run child brothels as a way of controlling the top people.

Hare appears to be puzzled by the fact that the public are not more enraged by the actions of their politicians.

He says: "The only argument we seem to be having in the United Kingdom is going on in Scotland...

"The Scots are saying we don't want to be organised in this monetarist, austere, anti-public kind of government."

CIA torture and mind control of children

Perhaps some of the spooks at the Guardian and at the BBC believe that "what has happened in the last 10 years is absolutely disgusting".

Sir David Hare may be their spokesman.

"The CIA is not now nor has it ever been a central intelligence agency. It is the covert action arm of the President's foreign policy advisers. In that capacity it overthrows or supports foreign governments while reporting "intelligence" justifying those activities. It shapes its intelligence, even in such critical areas as Soviet nuclear weapon capability, to support presidential policy. Disinformation is a large part of its covert action responsibility, and the American people are the primary target audience of its lies."

HARE says:

"Having abandoned Labour in disgust following the Iraq war, he says he will vote for them now that everyone involved in the war has gone. But when I ask who he voted for in 2010 he goes silent and looks away. He voted Lib Dem, didn't he?

"It's so shaming, isn't it? I'm so ashamed. Nicole [Farhi, the fashion designer], my wife, I've never seen her have such contempt for me.

Nicole saw through them so clearly. She said: 'You are absolutely out of your head.'"

How long did it take him to regret his vote? "Oh, within days," he laughs. "The rose garden broke me. The minute you saw that you just thought, 'Oh fuck.'"

riiiiiiight

here's a guy, well connected (in fact sort of 'spook-connected' himself since "They invited me in") and he doesn't spot that the Lib Dems have, over the past 20 yrs been led by some people who themselves have strong Spook coonnections. People such as:

Paddy Ashdown
Ming Campbell
(and Clegg?)

SO: Kinda-Spook-connected Hare tell us abot the connections for the spooks in Brit Politics, ostensibly sheepishly admits to voting Lib dem last election, but equally curiously (for one keeping an alleged sharp-eye-out for political spooks) makes no mention of the spookiness of various Lib Dem leaders?

hmmm

It's what they don't say I often find is the most interesting . . . .

Right on HuBris!

The BBC is a government mouthpiece and riddled with corruption and pedophiles. It is a private company. Why should we believe anything coming from people employed by them?

The British Labour party has become usurped by suits. Like Ed Miliband, whose agenda is marxist Saul Alinsky. It is the same agenda of D.Cameron. the break-up of Britain to become vassal states of E.U.

I thought that this was a interesting blog from Adam Curtis: Bugger

But then I thought that "Well, he does work for the BBC" and also noticed that the only time he references Victor Rothschild in the whole piece is to say ". . . [the] accusation - that Lord Rothschild had been the 5th Man. It later turned out that he wasn't."

which was a bit of a let down tbh

I like a lot of what Curtis does, and think his films are innovative, even though, on the face of it, there's often little more than a voice-over, some archive footage with a few catchy sound-tracks thrown in, often for "ironic" effect (The title of the Curtis' blog above, "Bugger" - Starts off with Snowden then into Philby and Blunt - he likes his little bit of nudge-nudge-wink-wink irony, does Mr Curtis)

But unfortunately, imho, Curtis far too often for me anyway, seems to distract rather than illuminate, as he segues over into the role of "very effective gate-keeper" with some ease

For example Curtis frequently pushes the notion that the Powers that Be [including, but not limited to, the Security Services, not just MI6] are clueless bumbling idiots, who couldn't organise a piss-up in a brewery.

IMHO, Recent events in Ukraine would suggest otherwise.

"Regime-change" on the cheap (certainly cheaper than showers of Tomahawks or Hellfires, any day.)

"But don't worry yer pretty little hipster heads, about all that" Curtis seems to say, (to me anyway) "it's not like they'd try anything like that here, just LOOK how incompetent they are!"

Both he and Hare would make very effective Gatekeepers - and all financed by Auntie Beeb, propaganda wing of the British Gov't PLC.
