PERVERTS OF MI5 JUSTICE & CHILDREN IN IRELAND

I have attempted to explain recently, on the political whoremasters of Child Rape in Ireland with recent articles, how British secret services in Ireland, are using Child Rape, to infiltrate, control and pervert, all of the politcal parties, in the Irish establishment, including the junta in Occupied Ireland, which are, as result, subservient to London. If that were not serious enough, they are committing further crimes, in perverting the course of justice, extending their Dirty War, which employs Dirty Tricks, to infiltrate policing, the judiciary, the DPP's office and the Prison Administration. Many people voted for the now almost defunct Irish Peace Process, on the back of promises made to a war weary people, twenty years ago, that there would have be a Reconciliation & Truth Commission, along with Justice. Neither of these elements have materialized. Political policing, secret diplock courts, years of political internment without trial, continue, because the course of justice has been perverted by MI5, Britain's secret police, who have clearly compromised both the judiciary, and the DPP's office, with their perverted manipulation, and the use of their black book. The internment of both Marian Price and Martin Corey, are the best known examples of numerous cases of political internment without trial, that has happened. It is meant to intimidate and silence opposition, in what is clearly an undemocratic, sectarian, corrupt, occupation by the British, in Ireland. These Irish victims of British oppression, desperately need international help, to have justice and freedom in their own land. I am reluctant from experience to be involved in any campaign for justice, unless I am certain of all the facts. I am absolutely satisfied, that Seamus Daly is an innocent man. Do not take my word for it, you can do your own research, but once you are convinced, as I am, I would ask you to please share these facts, as far and often as you can, because they will be generally censored. I would also ask you to network internationaly on this campaign.


The Internment of Seamus Daly, mirrors exactly what happened to myself, almost 40 years ago in London, at the birth of my first born son. I was arrested going to the hospital, after i was informed by telephone, that my wife had gone into labour. I was told that I was going to be charged with several political murders in England. By the time I was released, my wife had given birth, but was unconscious, and close to death, as a result of being incorrectly medicated, following my absence, to sign the document necessary, and give the appropriate information, related to my wife's blood type and previous medical history, so that she world not receive inappropriate medication. The doctors apologized to me and were extremely worried about her survival at the time. Fortunately, they are both alive and well today in Occupied Ireland. 

The case of Seamus Daly, is the umpteenth example of the DPPs Office in Occupied Ireland, being as corrupt as it was 40 years ago, colluding with the British Dirty War, that includes sectarian, political, policing. A broad unified front, needs to be organized, to uncover, the corruption, that affects every activist, resisting British Rule in Ireland, along with uncovering the corrupt collaboratiors, of a fake peace process, that has neither a Truth & Reconciliation or a Justice element, to it. As Ms. Trainor articulated with clarity, in the above recording, this material needs to be assimilated for international bodies such as the UN, and for the public to be informed of it's consistent history and pattern of perveting the course of justice, by all the political parties and bureaucrats involved. As was clearly pointed out in the interview, this is the same method of political internment, employed in the internment of Martin Corey, Marian Price, Sean Hoey and numerous others, so there is clearly, MI5 interference in the PPS Office. It is also the same perversion of justice, that has innocent people like the Craigavon 2, serving long prison sentences, like the innocent Guildford Four and the innocent Birmingham Six. The H-Block/Armagh Commitee, is the best example, that I can remember, of a broad front, to articulate these issues. Without Unity and Clarity, this task is difficult. Many people are not getting involved, not because of fear, but because of contradictiory public statements on prisoner issues, which are muddying the waters and causing misunderstandings. The British probably believe, that they are in a win, win, situation on this, in that the more public the issue becomes, the more it refreshes the False Flag of Omagh, which causes further division. A solution needs to be found on this, and I believe a focussed campaign on what is actually happening at the DPP or PPS s Office and the serial nature of their Diplock, conveyor belt internment, needs to be internationally revealed. Maybe this is the best way forward, combined with making it an international issue, along with liasing, with the UN rapponteur Juan Mendez, on psychological torture. Replacements need to be found, for the two Irish lawyers assassinated, by the British, who were very effective internationally on these matters.

'I told spooks — I'd rather serve a life sentence in prison than work for you'

A leading dissident republican last night sent a defiant message to MI5 –'I'd rather serve a life sentence in prison than work for you.'

Ex-IRA prisoner Alex McCrory returned to Grosvenor Road police station where less than a week ago, spooks dramatically entered his cell and tried to recruit him when he was under arrest.

He told the Sunday World how MI5 warned him that, without their help, he could face another lengthy jail sentence.

And he revealed how his 15-year-old son, who has no involvement with republicanism, was also arrested and held by cops at the same time in what he claims was a deliberate attempt to apply pressure to make him turn tout.

McCrory, from West Belfast, served 14 years in the H-blocks for the Provisional IRA. He was one of the youngest ever blanketmen, joining the dirty protest when he was just 17.

The veteran republican refused point-blank to have any dealings with the three spooks who approached him on Monday night, ordering them to "get the f**k out of my cell".

McCrory said: "No amount of money MI5 could pay, nothing they could say or do, could ever get me to work for them. They told me their offer was just between me and them and not to do anything silly like go to the press.

"I'm speaking out because spooks skulk in the shadows, totally unaccountable. It's time to flush them out. There's no shame in being approached by MI5 – the shame is in working for them."

The republican revealed how MI5 had intensified their recruitment drive. Dozens of republicans and their friends were approached every week but most were "too embarrassed" to go public.

The entire encounter in Grosvenor Road was captured on the barracks' internal CCTV system. McCrory's solicitor, Kevin Winters, has written to the PSNI asking for the tapes.

Winters said: "The law allows MI5 to try to recruit people. What we object to is sinister developments like this where children are used to pressurise parents."

The lawyer has lodged a complaint with the Chief Constable and the Police Ombudsman.

One of the MI5 trio – who uses the name Harry – has repeatedly tried to recruit McCrory, ringing him at home and on his mobile. The republican logged every approach with his solicitor and even put Harry's phone number on the internet.

The latest attempt came after McCrory was arrested by police in connection with a local, non-political dispute in the Falls Road area. He was interrogated by detectives about allegedly making threats during the incident.

McCrory said: "After police had questioned me, two plain-clothes guys walked into my cell. Another stood outside. I knew immediately they were MI5. I said 'get the f**k out'.

"They told me to calm down. I pushed past them and told the civilian guard in the corridor these men had entered my cell against my will. He said everything was being recorded on CCTV."

McCrory returned to his cell and sat on the mattress. He picked up an autobiography of an ex-SAS man which was there and started reading it. "This annoyed the spooks because I wouldn't even look at them," he said.

The intelligence officers, one of whom was 'Harry', referred to Massereene and Constable Ronan Kerr's murder. "They said compared to the Provisional IRA campaign, dissident activity was futile," McCrory revealed.

"They asked why an old school republican like me was wasting time with 'these dissidents'. They told me I'd eventually come a cropper." The spooks claimed legendary republican heroes like Bobby Sands and Brendan Hughes were turning in their graves in horror at dissident attacks.

McCrory saod the MI5 men claimed they wanted to "build a relationship" which could benefit both him and them: "They said I could be jailed for up to seven years in connection with the charges I was being questioned about.

"They remarked it had been my 50th birthday a few weeks earlier and I was too old to go back to jail. They said they'd friends in high places who could make my current problems disappear if I co-operated.

"They said my 15-year-old son was now in trouble with the police and surely I didn't want him to end up like I'd done, spending years in jail." As they left McCrory's cell, the spooks told him they'd spend the night in the police station – in case he changed his mind about working for them before he was charged the next morning.

McCrory appeared in Belfast Magistrates Court on Tuesday charged with making threats. He is strongly denying the charges. His son was released from custody but a file has been sent to the PPS.

McCrory, who comes from a well-known republican family, became disillusioned with Sinn Féin's political strategy and support for the PSNI in recent years.

BLUESHIRTS IN GLASSHOUSES SHOULD NOT THROW STONES

Anyone who reads this Irish Blog regularly, would be aware that I have perhaps been Gerry Adams fiercest critic, and that I was raging on the child abuse issue in Ireland and within the Provisionals, long before it went mainstream. My motivation was the enormity of this particular crime and the enabling denial within Irish society for so long about this issue. What heaped further rage on the matter for me, is that this horrendous crime is still used by the British, to manipulate Irish society, through blackmail at every level of society both North and South on the Island. This for me is the ultimate crime against humanity, and all human rights activists need to consider it, as one of their primary, targets, with campaigns for transparency. It is also proof if anymore were needed, of the malign nature and effect of British interference in Ireland.

The Irish writer Oscar Wilde, wrote, "The truth is rarely pure and never simple." From personal experience of  Irish politics, I would have to reluctantly agree. What is currently, particularly galling for me, is to witness establishment political parties of Fine Gael, Labour and Fianna Fail, along with their colleagues in the British secret services, using the most vulnerable part of our society, i.e. sexually abused children, as a stick to beat the emerging challenge of an alternative party, slightly more to the left and perhaps more independent of British influence, particularly, with the possibilities of large numbers of independents, being returned at the nest election. All of these three parties, were the principal participants in the 'SYSTEMIC' sexual abuse of Irish children, since the foundation of the 'Irish Free State' as the highly expensive, official inquires reported. They were fully aware of the extent of it and had the power to end it, of that, there can be no doubt. That is the now the transparent record of Fianna Fail, Fine Gael and Labour in power in the corrupt, illusionary 'Free State of Ireland'.

When it comes to Gerry Adams and Provisional Sinn Fein, we are moving into Oscar Wilde territory, that is not simply my opinion, that is my own experience. When I worked voluntarily in the Provisional's Centre in Newry, while a very intense war by the British, was raging in the background, a few reports came to my desk there, of senior IRA persons in Dundalk being involved in child abuse. I can categorically state, that I did everything humanly possible to deal with it, other than take the 'law' into my own hands and eliminate the person personally without sufficient proof, that the reports were authentic. I also firmly believe, that every person is entitled to a jury of 12 of their peers, for any serious crime, which is not the case in British Occupied Ireland. Anything less than 12 jurors, permits all sorts of contrived abuse, in my humble opinion. This simply is still not possible in that part of Ireland, because there is still a low intensity war being fought there.

As someone who has lambasted Gerry Adams and his colleagues for years, I have to admit there are some positive aspects to Adams personally. Yes, it was the correct time to end the long war for numerous reasons, too complex to deal with here. However I disagree vehemently, with the secret contrived manner of how that was made to happen. Adams has tried to engage in proactive politics, rather than the abyss of reactionary politics, i.e. allow the British and their puppets continually set the agenda, while Irish republicans and the Left, are left to simply flounder in reactionary activity. I will give him credit for that but to return to the subject at hand, I believe people like Adams, would not be alive today, if he confronted the monster of child abuse within the Provisionals thoroughly. 

During the course of the long war, a regular feature of life for any Irish Republican, was to be taken regularly to interrogation centres like Gough Barracks or Castlereagh and be interrogated for up to a week, which now has been extended to 28 days. As a result of this activity, over the course of the years of the long war, they were able to infiltrate and manipulate their agents into the most senior positions, within the organization and engineer consent, to some British policies in Ireland and I believe they continue with this, in subsequent secret societies. That for me, was a justifiable reason to change direction and stop wasting precious life.

Interrogation in Gough Barracks was also a regular feature of my own life in Newry. One of the first things that became obvious to me, was that their primary focus, was profiling, e.g. was I dove or a hawk? Over time, it became clear, that they were well versed on most of the activity on the ground in Newry. All serious operations carried out there, were conducted from elsewhere. In my case they were more interested in profiling me and trying to cultivate a working relationship, which never happened. They seemed desperate for information about the rural area of South Armagh, which had  stronger family and community bonds, that they appeared unable to break. I wish I could say the same about the more urban, deprived area of Newry, which produced some of the finest volunteers, who were forced to operate from elsewhere. Family ties and loyalty, are a critical part of this matter but it also carries it's negatives, as in the case of child abuse, which the British exploit to the maximum.

In the period leading up to the Irish Holocaust and since, in deprived areas of desperate poverty with large Catholic families, there was often, more than 20 persons sleeping in a single small room, whether it be tenements of Dublin, rural hovels of poverty in the countryside or in the gerrymandered neighbourhoods of the sectarian north, where inevitably all sorts of deviancy evolved. The victims often commit suicide, engage in self-destructive behaviour, such as alcoholism or drug addiction in modern Ireland. Those who survive it, often identify British Imperialism and their Irish gombeen agents, as the source of their rage. I personally grew up in a very violent home, where I blamed my blueshirt father to the point of hatred, as the source of that violence but as I grew older I realized it was bit more complex than that. Ultimately though I blamed British Imperialism. As I have traveled around the World, I can see it is far from confined to the British. When I caught myself over-chastising two of my sons, while I had a hangover, I realized from own childhood experience, that the best thing I could do for my children, was walk away. This is by no means for any human being, an easy choice.

Anyway to get back to Gerry Adams and Provisional Sinn Fein, there are many careerist there, that I have no time for them at all but there are some, for whom I would have a grudging respect. To cut a long story short, I firmly believe that Adams, no more than any other member of his party, with the exception of Martin McGuinness and a few of his cronies, had the power to stop child abuse within the ranks of the IRA. I am convinced that had they tried to do so, they would have been eliminated, ruthlessly, immediately by both the British and their gombeen agents, such as the fascist blueshirts in Ireland.They know who they are, enlightened Irish people know who they are and unless there is a proper transparent, truth and reconciliation process set up in Ireland, there is a day of reckoning coming on the island with a fury, that will make Rwanda look like a twelfth of July bonfire. Personally, I will reluctantly give Adams, because of family, community and war extenuating circumstance, along with a few of his colleagues, the benefit of the doubt on this one.

Mairia Cahill, featured in the article below from the Irish Times, obviously has the same courage as her grandfather, in her backbone, to speak out about all of this. So have all of the the other victims, both female and male, who have spoken out, but from raging all of my life at my own father and his many images in Ireland, the jury is still out with me, on numerous Irish women who were aware of the endemic child rape but for various reasons, have mostly stayed silent or indeed attacked, people like Sinead O'Connor who has protested about it. I'm also aware that I am writing this from a male perspective, albeit with a strong feminine side. Only an Irish mother with strong maternal instincts, can write about this. I'm still waiting and I believe women, particularly in Irish public life, have a responsibility to do so. I was told a long time ago in the Netherlands, who themselves also have a huge problem with this, that we are as sick as our secrets. Secrecy seems to be an endemic part of contemporary Irish culture. I was also told that the truth will make me free and to a large extent it has. I am writing this on a tropical island thousands of miles away from Ireland, whether I could safely write it and stay alive in Ireland is rather doubtful. There are thousands of men and women like me, walking around Ireland, who will take their dark secrets to their graves, many of them prematurely, unless elected representatives of the people, have the courage to take responsibility and do the right thing, as opposed to their own thing. 

As I have repeated often in this blog, I am not a religious person but this dark chapter of Irish life has consumed my soul for most of my life. One person has witnessed me rant and rave about it for more than 20 years, paradoxically he is an Englishman, whom I first told when I met him, that I should shoot. His political beliefs are quite different to mine but I can say, he is my best friend.  I am glad this very long dark chapter of Irish life, has at long last seen the light of day in Ireland, but I still rage, that it is still exploited by the political parties of the Irish and British establishment, for personal and party gain. This is nothing short of criminal, bearing in mind, that they and their parties have never been brought to account by the Irish media or its injustice system, for their critical, enabling part in this most horrendous of crimes. There will be no one happier, when this meets closure but there can be no shortcuts, only the truth can make us all free. It no longer keeps me personally, away from the Sunlight of the Spirit, except on the odd bad day. It was enabled by people who understood and who stayed with me patiently through it, only because, they understood it from their own experience. I also learned that it is better to keep counsel, than speak with someone who does not understand or have a similar experience. This can be critical for those who are suicidal. I can safely say, that I have made far more mistakes in my lifetime, than the average person, and the only reason I am still around, is the quality of mercy I have been shown.

Last month, someone, whom I knew quite well from Newry and for whom I would probably have taken a bullet, was interned for political reasons and by the course of the abnormal injustice system there, may well spend the rest of his life interned. I would not take a bullet for him today, not because of anything he has done since but simply because I value life in general, including my own, far more now. Sadly, that is selfish but without it, I would not be alive to write this. I value what I write, principally because some of  these facts, are something that any young potential volunteer needs to consider, very carefully, before they commit. Like a carpenter, you can measure often but you only commit once. That is not say, that my dreams for Ireland have changed, but I believe they can be achieved intelligently, with persistence and remembering again what Mairead Farrell said. "that our head is our best weapon", with the minimum of violence.

Maíria Cahill has said more than 30 names of alleged IRA sex offenders have now been given to gardaí.

Ms Cahill, who claims the IRA covered up and failed to report her alleged rape and sexual assault by a leading republican, said over the last five weeks many more people had contacted her with relevant information about alleged sexual abuse by members of the IRA.

In relation to the number of alleged abusers who details have been given to police, Ms Cahill said: “This week I spent quite a number of hours with the gardaí passing on information which I had received, for the second time in a month.

“We are looking at probably around four times the number of names now, that Regina Doherty said in the Dáil, that she had passed on eight names to the gardaí”.

Ms Cahill said she had been contacted by other victims immediately after the BBC spotlight programme broadcast her allegations. She said it was “horrendous” people had been only confident enough to contact her on social media such as Twitterand Facebook, “but also very good that those victims did come forward” and she had “signposted them on” to both the PSNI and the gardaí and agencies could help them.

She said these were people who had similar experiences to her own “through IRA internal investigations into their sexual abuse”.

She also said some people who were not victims had come forward with information in relation to the alleged abusers.

Asked on RTE’s Saturday Night Show if she believed the abuse was “endemic”, Ms Cahill replied a lot of new information had come out about alleged IRA abuse in the last five weeks.

She compared this to the allegations of clerical sex abuse in theCatholic Church, where it “was ten years before the full extent was realised.”

Speaking about her experience Ms Cahill said the abuse and the difficulty in being brought before the IRA inquiry affected her entrance to university.

“Something had to give. Unfortunately for me the thing that gave was university. She said she began taking sleeping pills and when one woman who had been part of the IRA inquiry apologised to her for what had happened, it had been “beyond traumatic”.

She said being an abuse victim was like being somebody’s rag doll and the IRA investigation was a similar lack of control.

Ms Cahill said she went into psychiatric care for week, and was released but ultimately attempted an overdose in 2007, which she said was “rock bottom” and had to do something particularly because she was “haunted” that other children might be at risk.

“I didn’t want other people to have to go through that”. She said she didn’t regret for a second speaking out about what had happened.

Ten-year-old Afnan Shuheiber was playing on a Gaza City rooftop with her cousins when she became one of at least 149 children killed as of July 23, according to the United Nations, by Israeli fire in the Gaza Strip.

The spiralling number of children killed in the latest conflict between Israel and the Palestinian group Hamas in Gaza has raised international concern. 

On Saturday, July 19, a group of international and Palestinian rights groups and aid agencies urged an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, noting the high number of children killed. "So far, more children have been killed by Israeli fire than Palestinian militants," said a statement from the groups, including War Child and Defence for Children International.

On Saturday, the UN children's agency, UNICEF, said children made up one third of civilian casualties in the conflict so far. "From July 8th, until 4:00am on July 19, at least 73 Palestinian children have been reported killed as a result of airstrikes and shelling Israel aerial, naval and ground forces," UNICEF's Catherine Weibel told AFP. 

She said the children included 53 boys and 20 girls under the age of 18. "The youngest was reportedly three months old," she said. More than half of the children killed are under the age of 12.

Afnan, known as Fulla by her family, was among them, killed on Thursday afternoon along with her cousins, Jihad and Wissam, in Gaza City's Sabra district. Neighbours said the children were taking advantage of the relative lull in the violence that afternoon, going to the roof to relax after days of being cooped up at home.

'Tragic victims'

At the Shifa hospital, the cousins were lined up side-by-side in front of relatives overwhelmed by grief. Seven-year-old Wissam's eyes were still open – he looked to be staring into the distance.

Their deaths came after those of another four children, killed as they played on the beach in Gaza City in strikes witnessed by journalists staying at a beachfront hotel. 

Ahed Atef Bakr, aged 10, Zakaria Ahed Bakr, also 10, Mohamed Ramez Bakr, nine, and Ismail Mohamed Bakr, 11, were also cousins. Relatives said they too had sought to escape the stifling confines of their homes in Shati refugee camp. Two strikes hit the areas where they were playing.

The first scattered the crowd of adults and children who were next to straw beach huts. A second followed as they ran along the sand in fear.

The Israeli army later said that a preliminary investigation showed the children were the "tragic" victims of a strike targeting "Hamas terrorist operatives". 

A senior army official said on Saturday that the military was "sorry" about the deaths of women and children. "When you fight there are mistakes," he said.

Gaza is home to 1.8 million people, one of the most densely populated places on earth.

Israel alleges that Hamas uses the population as a human shield and fires rockets from civilian areas and infrastructure.

Weibel said the number of children among the dead in Gaza was of "deep concern" to UNICEF. "Children should be protected from the violence, and they should not be the victims of a conflict for which they have no responsibility," she told AFP.

'Scarred for life'

She also raised concerns about the long-term effects of the violence on Gaza's children, many of whom are now living through their third war in less than six years.

Israel and Hamas fought similar conflicts in Gaza in both 2012 and over the New Year in 2009.

"You have children who are going to be scarred for life because of what they are seeing," said Weibel. Even before the war, some 60,000 children in Gaza were in need of psychosocial support, she said, and the number is expected to soar after this conflict.

The potential for such problems is evident every day in Gaza – wide-eyed children seeing their relatives and friends buried after shelling. One boy among the crowd hit by Israeli fire on the beach escaped unhurt, but was hysterical and inconsolable. "They're dead, they're dead," he cried over and over.

The internment of Marian Price, like the internment of Martin Corey has demonstrated further divisions in the criminal justice system in British Occupied Ireland, following the devolution of policing and criminal justice, after the Hillsborough Agreement of 2010 part of the Peace Process.. 

Marian's case demonstrated the ongoing power of the English Viceroyal for British Occupied Ireland in matters of social control and in controversial cases such as Martin Corey. The reliance by the British on closed material procedures in alleged terrorist cases is simply internment without trial and of particular concern to human rights groups, in that the Parole Commissioners, are not members of the independent judiciary in British Occupied Ireland but are British appointed officers, who were the internment agents determining the conditions.

The role of the Parole Commissioners in Marian and Martin's case and their accountability and authority should have been put to the scrutiny of the Political Assembly Justice Committee along time ago. The Parole Commissioners in effect gave authority to the decision of a judges made years ago that Marian Price  and Martin Corey should be released on bail pending investigations of the PSNI.

 It was these decision that the the Viceroyal for British Occupied Ireland ignored in evoking dictatrial powers in relation to categories of individuals released or interned on licence, thereby undemocratically, directly interfering with the indepedence of the judiciary of British Occupied Ireland who ruled years ago, that both Marian and Martin Corey should be released.

The powers that could have released Marian Price on compassionate grounds, were not exercised,  by the supposed Minister of Justice, who misled the Assembly and the public, after being bullied by MI5 and sectarian power brokers in the Assmbly. David Ford  therefore has and is  exacerbating the medical and psychological conditions of both Marion Price and the elderly Martin Corey as their internment prolonged.without charge or time frame is torture.

The British injustice system’s mistreatment of Marian and Martin has again exposed it as the disgraceful, hypocritical and supremacist structure that it is, a fact that Irish people have experienced throughout the colonial occupation of Ireland.Martin and Marian’s case reveal the utter contempt the British judicial system has for due process.

Martin Corey's human rights are being grossly violated by his long-term internment. He is effectively interned without trial, sentence or release date. This means he could be held for an indefinite time, an illegitimate procedure that allows the British administration to hold and elderly man for the rest of his life. On the basis of legal, civil and political rights, and those of peace proces, common sense, Martin Corey should be released immediately.

Not so much a screw loose but more a loose cannon dangerous because they may be fighting inner demons of all that they know is wrong.
