Former Health Minister Edwin Poots is demanding that the Public Prosecution Service immediately publishes a report into its decision not to prosecute Gerry Adams for withholding information about his paedophile brother, Liam.

Mr Poots said that the PPS "risked losing public confidence" if it didn't quickly release the material which has been in its possession for around a year.

"This is the gravest possible matter, it concerns the safety and welfare of children, and a senior politician disgracefully not passing on vital information in an abuse case for nine long years," he added.

He said the PPS's previous reason for not publishing the report - Liam Adams' outstanding appeal - no longer held as he lost his appeal last week.

The DUP MLA said he would be raising the issue as "very urgent business" at Thursday's Justice Committee meeting in Stormont.

A PPS spokeswoman last night said: "We are committed to publishing the report and it will be announced shortly."

After Liam Adams' conviction in 2013 for raping his daughter Aine, the Attorney General John Larkin began a review of the PPS's decision not to prosecute Gerry Adams for withholding information in the case.

Gerry Adams said that his brother confessed to him in 2000 that he had sexually abused Aine. But the Sinn Fein President did not report this to police for nine years.

Liam Adams was sentenced to 16 years in prison for raping and sexually abusing Aine from 1977 to 1983 from when she was four years old until she was nine.

Mr Poots said: "Liam Adams has been found guilty of the most serious child abuse at both his original trial and now appeal.

"There is grave public concern that Gerry Adams had information that could have brought this evil paedophile to justice years ago.

"Instead, the police were deprived of information which could have seen Liam Adams behind bars a lot sooner.

"We must immediately have access to the Attorney General's findings on the PPS's decision not to prosecute Gerry Adams.

"The PPS had previously indicated that it couldn't publish the report because of any impact it might have on Liam Adams' appeal of his conviction.

"Liam Adams lost his appeal last week. His legal proceedings have now concluded and there are no possible reasons for the PPS to continue letting dust gather on this report."


The Belfast Telegraph understands that the Attorney General's findings and a number of recommendations were forwarded to the PPS around a year ago.

Gerry Adams gave evidence for the prosecution during his brother's first trial in April 2013.

Untruths and evasions in Mr Adams' account of his dealings with his brother Liam were exposed under cross-examination.

That trial collapsed for unconnected legal reasons.

The prosecution decided not to call Gerry Adams as a witness during the second trial.

After four hours' deliberations, the jury found Liam Adams guilty of all 10 counts of sexual abuse by a majority of 11 to one.

Liam Adams did not appear in court for his appeal verdict last week but watched proceedings via video link from Maghaberry.

Neither he, nor his wife Bronagh who was in the public gallery, showed any emotion as his appeal was refused.

In their judgment, Lord Chief Justice Sir Declan Morgan, Lord Justice Gillen and Lord Justice Coghlin said: "The court has not been persuaded that the verdict of the jury was unsafe and, consequently, the appeal must be dismissed."

POLITICAL WHOREMASTERS OF IRISH CHILD RAPE

Denial of Child Rape by Irish families and friends never ceased to amaze me for many years. Children are being raped within Irish families, everyone knows it is happening, but they would prefer shoot the messengers, while almost everyone, at the same time, pretends to be surprised, that the children are behaving in dysfunctional ways. Worse in the dysfunctional, island of Ireland, many Irishwomen discuss it among themselves or seretly to outsiders, to get knowledge of the situation, but are in denial about the real cause. Children are sent for all kinds of superficial “help” where for politcal reasons, the real problem, which is child rape, is avoided. These enablers relieve their conscience with this superficial help and praying, while drawing more attention to themselves, in the process, rather than confront the monster of institutional child rape, in both parts of Ireland. Even if the issue arises, there is even further denial, with the use of the term "child abuse"  being used, rather than the accurate term, 'Child Rape.'

Ireland has the fourth highest suicide rate in world, among teens in certain categories and the denial in Ireland, about this horrific crime is pervasive. It is rationalized away in communities, with conversations such as; she is like that because she was born premature; he avoids his parents because he is on drugs and it upsets them, his parents are working hard so that he can have the best, while his life is in shreds as he skims through school friends and seems to be always in trouble or stealing. Why doesn’t she want to kiss uncle Patrick? I cannot understand. Her mother is on drugs and has an alcohol problem, but she would never let her child do that. In families of drug users, promiscuity, alcoholism and child rape, they will often ask, why she shames her family, by getting into fights, running away or stealing all the time? They will usually avoid the cause of the problem or pretend it is not happening. The Criminal State method of avoiding responsibilty and covering it up, is through a network of handpicked, nepotism, with constant inter-agency referral and "professional" client priviliged confidentiality, as a distraction, from the real problem of cultivated Child Rape. When enabling politcians are confronted, they wil use soundbites, based on thes referral agencies of official denial.

Women who visit neighbours, regularly notice for example, the oldest daughter never leaving her younger sister’s side, while her Mother’s boyfriend is around, even if it causes a fight, when the boyfriend wants the little sister, to accompany him to the kitchen on some excuse. This is an example of non-normal behaviour, but Irishwomen, often pretend it is, with the mother usually taking the side of the boyfriend, forcing the little girl to go with him. Irish women often do this for financial benefit, which is part of the problem, for other women it means they don’t have to satisfy a sexual need, that they thmeleves don’t wish to perform. For others it is a fear of violence, for other selfish, self-centred, women, it is simply too much of a bother to get involved in the messy horrific affairs of Child Rape, especially if they hardly survived it themselves, so it carries on, in an inter-generational nightmare of spreading an insidious community, disease.

This is the root of the problem. Denial of Child Rape keeps every generation in such Irish families, trapped, unless it is stopped by someone telling the truth, publicly. When families and friends, stay in denial amongst themselves, they are forcing Irish children, deeper into a surreal world, which the child needs to create, in order to survive. This is why many survivors, that have been raped as children, appear to be compulsive liars when talking about their everyday lives. They are forced to survive, by bringing their make believe world, into the real world. To survive they have made both, one and the same. They truly cannot differentiate, between the true and the false. This has been happening for generations in Ireland.  A few brave women, have decided it stops with them, and they will not let it happen to future generations of Irish children. Only the truth, will set these survivors and their future generations of Irish children free. Sadly most Irish women, would prefer, if they kept quiet and allow them to keep on pretending, it never happened. This denial has enabled dysfunctional homes, to spread the crime of Child Rape, into every community in Ireland, to the point, that the whole island, that both dysfucntional and fractured in the extreme.

While this problem exists in every society, Ireland because of 800 years of British colonial child rape, and more than a thousand years of exploitaion by the Roman Catholic Church, as opposed to the Celtic Church, both secretly using Child Rape, as an excellent tool of social control over Ireland. By a combination of violence, blackmail, manipolation and mentoring their pawns, in this dark art of social control, they have created an establisment in Ireland, with a bureaucracy of secrecy, to control the island. Truthtellers are disappeared, discredited, intimidated, jailed and executed. Recent British law, now states that the secrets of Child Rape in state institutions, such as orphanages, correctional facilities or homes, housing children, taken from their family home, making them the most vulnerable, without a blood guardian, are to remain secret, under lock and key, for a minimum of 75 years. The Government of the so called 'free state' of Ireland, is currently about to introduce, precisely the same legislation. Coincidence? I don't think so, neither does the seasoned observers of the machinations of covert British Rule in Ireland. An extremely expenisve inquiry, a few yers ago in the south of Ireland, concluded, that Child Rape was both "SYSTEMIC" and ENDEMIC." Despite this horrific conclusion, neither the Government or the people have learned anything, as can be seen from the proposed legislation of secrecy. The north of the island of Ireland, is already under the oppression of existing British secrecy laws, that have excluded, places like Kincora Boys Home and Nazareth Lodge, from a British mainland inquiry, for political reasons. All of the extablishment politcal parties in Ireland, are guilty of a long, criminal history, of enabling Child Rape, as is an emerging politcal party, that may well be part of the next Governing Coalition in the south, while already being part of the Governing Junta in the north. I will post more about this in the future, if I am still alive and I hope this post, will help you realize, how important it is, to lift the secrecy of Child Rape in Ireland. IRELAND OF GERRY ADAMS Rape Truth & Reconcialiation

I am very happy that the granddaughter of Provisional IRA founder Joe Cahill, has finally had an opportunity to tell her truth, as I believe the time has come for truth and reconciliation in Ireland. Since the Conservative Party in Britain and Fine Gael in Ireland have come to power, the Peace Process in Ireland has been dying a slow death. I hope what is currently happening, is not motivated simply for personal and party political capital. I believe a truth and reconciliation process should begin immediately in Ireland, before we tear the island apart further, along the lines of what has happened in South Africa and Rwanda. 

I am willing, to be its first volunteer. Many people from every political quarter in Ireland and elsewhere, would prefer me dead and silenced first, particularly those in the secret services who are using drug cartels and child rape as political tools along with their various agents, under their many flags of convenience. Most intelligent, informed Irish people know who they are but are living in communities of fear all over the island of Ireland. Neither the corporate Irish mainstream media or the various police forces on the island, have taken their responsibilities seriously for various different reasons. It is alien to the sick culture of Ireland, they would prefer exercise censorship and internment instead, for self serving reasons.

I have no illusions about keyboard warriors, I am prepared to walk my talk. Back in 1980 I volunteered for the second time, to join the IRA, prior to the hunger strike of Bobby Sands. I was told at that time by the IRA, that a settlement had already been made, where Irish republicans would be given a political platform in return for a ceasefire. This was long before the Peace Process and subsequent hunger strike, that cost 10 political prisoner's lives. I was told that all republicans were to focus on galvanizing public support for the political prisoners, which I duly did to the best of my ability.

After the10 hunger strikers died, I managed the Sinn Fein offices in Newry for several years. After listening to what I regarded as a Gerry Adams revisionist address at Bodenstown, I again volunteered for active service, because I felt the military campaign was being run down in a non transparent manner. I was blocked and told to focus on the office and my duties as chairperson of Newry Sinn Fein. Shortly thereafter I was approached by two senior republicans from South Armagh, with regard to the trustworthiness of either Gerry Adams and Ruari O'Bradaigh, being the leader of Sinn Fein. I told them I trusted Ruari O'Bradaigh, however I felt I had responsibilities, that I simply could not walk away from immediately, something I came to regret bitterly thereafter.

I have previously covered subsequent events, in a forthright manner on this blog, all of which I am willing to elaborate on, at any truth and reconciliation commission, without compromising other people. The Cause of Ireland is a noble cause, which the long war has tarnished, something in which I too played my part. I am weary of the lies and the secrets that are destroying our people. Establishment politicians in both Dublin and Belfast, along with their so called security apparatus, have many, many, sick secrets of their parts too, in this long war. Enough is enough, we need honest brokers to make this happen. We need public and political support across the country to make this happen but we cannot do this on our own, because our whole island is truly dysfunctional and very, very, sick. We need a genuinely honest outside broker, who is passionate about truth, justice and peace in Ireland.

They were caught on a republican night vision camera, raping an innocent nationalist. As the article below explains, they also abused and battered innocent Irish pedestrians, simply on a sectarian basis. How can we have peace in Ireland with such thuggery?

For generations the Mourne harbour town of Kilkeel has been a place where Catholics were largely expected to ‘know their place’.
Catholics in Kilkeel will tell you of a persistent underlying daily tension, of deliberately timed and calculated sectarian beatings (including upon women and priests) as well as a complete intolerance of all symbols regarded as Irish, Nationalist or Gaelic.

Just last week the BBC News reported that three men in Kilkeel were arrested and charged following ‘scuffles with police’. The rest of the report was left as vague as is possible. Some of those charged have since got in touch with RNU and with written statements and photographs explained what the BBC would not, how PSNI men fired up with Loyalist fervour launched a random attack on known republican faces.

Despite the town centre being bedecked in Loyalist flags and bunting virtually all year round, GAA club flags are described in statements from local politicians as ‘offensive and unacceptable’. DUP MLA Jim Wells even took the time out to complain about a nearby GAA club conducting a charity collection in the local ASDA.

As a result of such Ku Klux Klan like sentiments, GAA football pitches often have their goalposts cut down in the Kilkeel area, the nearby Attical GAA clubhouse was burned to the ground 2001. And unlike in other towns across Ireland, flags of competing GAA clubs and counties are viewed as ‘offensive emblems’ and are nearly always removed.

And despite the supposed shift in cultural and political tolerance since the Good Friday Agreement, Kilkeel’s ‘Alabama 68′ atmosphere, makes any expression of Irish Republicanism a complete anathema to well entrenched Mourne bigotry.

It was as a direct result of the towns anti-Catholic sentiment that three local Republicans found themselves being viciously attacked by the PSNI on the night of August 15th.

On the run up to a yearly ‘feast of the assumption’ march in the town, another locally elected bigot Henry Reilly (UKIP) went to the Kilkeel paper the ‘Co Down Outlook’ and laid out which brands of local nationalism were acceptable to him and to Orange supremacy in the town centre. Displaying typical supremacist arrogance Reilly stated .. “The first thing that we have to point out is that no-one in Kilkeel has a problem with the nationalist bands such as Glasdrumman Pipe Band, Longstone Pipe Band and Attical Accordion Band. “These are normal bands and respectable people, and we have no problem with the traditional bands having their parade, but we are very concerned with the antics of [Banna Fliuit Naoimh Phadraig].”

The reason for Reilly’s displeasure with a marching band named after St Patrick is clear. Unlike the other bands which are Hibernian in character, Banna Fluit Naoimh Padraig (though being unaligned) have a membership which unapologetically describe itself as Republican. A former Sinn Fein councillor, former and current Republican prisoners are amongst their ranks.

Orange supremacy has always been comfortable with Hibernian style Nationalism as it is an outlook which is easily controlled, Republicans on the other hand refuse to ‘know their place’. And so Banna Fluit Naoimh Padraig were deliberately singled out for criticism.

By the time Reilly’s comments had hit the shops a predictable campaign of Loyalist hysteria had gripped the town. A facebook hate page entitled ‘Ban dissident republicans from ‘parading’ Kilkeel town’ was established with over 1700 likes. Soon it was printing photos of what they claimed to be ‘dissident republicans’ at their place of work.

On the evening of the religious march, flag waving Loyalists gathered to protest as they had done in the morning, however unlike in Belfast they did not launch a physical attack. Worryingly it increasingly appears that task may have been left to the PSNI.

Following the march, Several members and supporters of the Naoimh Padraig band took the opportunity to get off the streets and slip into a bar in Newry Street, earlier in the day the local PSNI had accommodated two illegal Loyalist protests, now on the streets tensions were high.

In written statements provided to RNU one band member explained how
“I was on my way home from the cove bar with my finance when i seen allot of riot police outside a kebab shop, there were police all over the street and i could hear them arguing and shouting”, i tried to make my way past but my cousin was then hit by 5 or 6 policemen. I went over and asked them to stop when i was grabbed in a headlock by a police man and threw to the ground, he then started hitting me”

The Republican continued..

“The policeman kicked me on the side and i was telling him i couldn’t breathe, be he repeatedly kept hitting and kicking me. My fiancé ran over to help me and pulled me off the road”.

This man was later advised by paramedics to go to hospital due to injuries to his face, but he refused instead waiting to see how his cousin was.

His cousins accounts of events include.

“On the 15th of August i was leaving the Cove bar on Newry Street with some friends, we were en route home when PSNI officers approached me and pushed me off the side of the road, i said to the officer that ‘there was no need to push me’, then he and 5 other officers forced me into the front door of the Archways Bar telling me i was under arrest”.

Not yet formally under arrest, the man’s frightening ordeal continued.

“While this was happening police with riot gear were doing something in the middle of the road, i just didn’t want to be there so i tried to make my way towards the direction of the Police station, then i was elbowed in the face by one of the five riot Police, they then beat me with batons and kicked me while i was pinned to the ground face down. I kept saying ‘im not resisting’ but they still hit me. They were twisting my right hand as if trying to break my wrist. I was then arrested and taken to Banbridge Police station and charged with disorderly behaviour, resisting arrest and assaulting a Police officer”.

Eyewitness accounts of what occurred in Kilkeel on the 15th of August appear much more detailed than the PSNI version of events which claimed ‘the disturbance was not linked to any parades.’
Those assaulted and arrested describe an atmosphere of menace in Kilkeel that day, emanating from the utterances of Loyalist politicians and street protests and directed at the Catholic procession in general and the Naoimh Padraig band in particular.
It is the stated opinion of Kilkeel Republicans that the PSNI played up to the Orange mood in Kilkeel on the night, waited outside a bar for certain individuals to appear then launched an unprovoked sectarian attack upon them. RNU have no reason to disbelieve those who claim this.

We pledge to do what we can to assist progressive Republican activists, trying hard to exist in this most hostile of towns.

 The motive is to control the politicians but no-one who is not themselves a paedophile could take such photographs and videos without compassion for the  children

M15 routinely have police officers seconded to them and visa versa  blurring the distinction between civil police and political police.

Anyone who has independent evidence  of the Paedophile Ring  is likely to have it seized and be ruthlessly persecuted.  By these methods they  protect  the Rouge Criminal Organisation  and the Elite Paedophiles.

M15 AND THE POLICE SHOULD HAND OVER THE EVIDENCE  

What we do know is that  M15 and the Police have all the evidence. They have the video's, they have the photographs, they have the names. They also know who took the videos  and who murdered some of the  children.  We must demand to  see the records!
