WILLIE PUTS MURPHY UP THE POLE FOR PADDYS DAY

NewsFlash Newry/South Armagh

Willie Frazer was caught on NightVision putting Conor Murphy up the pole in South Armagh, while removing the Irish tricolur from poles, before Saint Patricks Day. Reports are also coming in, that Sinn Fein have offered the RUC/psni the use of a portacabin to use as a canteen while they are removing dissident posters from the poles in the area. It will be very tricky, with an election looming, so every election poster, has to be strip searched and their anal cavity probed, for boobies.

One traditional smuggler, who wishes to remain anonymous, said, "We have offered one of our biggest portacabins for use by the RUC/psni so they can all have a cup of tay and we'll throw in a drop of discount whiskey as well. We are also offering them discount cigarettes and diesel. It's one of our biggest portacabins and 20 RUC men could fit in there at a time. You could also throw in a few PSNI women if they are fit enough. However we want it back in time for the General election, so we can use it outside a polling station. We are also offering to send over a few of the Bhoys, for entertainment.

Willie Frazer asked us to help them out, so that they can remove all the dissident posters and Tricolours in South Armagh. We can also supply them with a bit of Waccy Baccy and anti-depressants, to keep their spirits up. He also said that Willie and his loyal brethern, can also use it for a night, on their motorcade to Dublin, while British drones overhead, can escort it all the way to Dublin using the backroads across the border, round Cross. We've also offered Willie a few of our Bhoys for the night and for the Craic"

How Governments Twist Terrorism

States craft terror definitions and designations to absolve themselves and satisfy their constituencies.

By Philip Giraldi

March 12, 2015 "ICH" - "American Conservative" - The Washington Post reportsthat “terrorism trend lines are ‘worse than at any other point in history.’” But what is terrorism? It has frequently been pointed out that “terrorism” is a tactic, not an actual physical adversary, but it is less often noted that a simple definition of what constitutes terrorism is hardly universally accepted, while the designation itself is essentially political. The glib assertion that one man’s terrorist is another man’s freedom fighter fails to capture the distinction’s consequences as the terror label itself increasingly comes with a number of legal and practical liabilities attached. Describing an organization as terroristic in order to discredit it has itself become a tactic, and one that sometimes has only limited connections to what the group in question actually believes or does.

The bone of contention in defining terrorism is where to draw the line in terms of the use of violence in furtherance of a political objective. In practice, it is generally accepted that state players who employ violence do so within a social framework that confers legitimacy, while nonstate players who use political violence are ipso facto terrorists, or at least susceptible to being tagged with that label, which confers upon them both illegitimacy and a particularly abhorrent criminality. But some on the receiving end of such a Manichean distinction object, noting that the laws defining terror are themselves drawn up by the governments and international organizations, which inevitably give themselves a pass in terms of their own potential liability. They would argue that established regimes will inevitably conspire to label their enemies terrorists to marginalize both resistance movements and internal dissent in such a way as to diminish the credibility of the groups that are so targeted. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has recently been doing precisely that, and one might reasonably argue that government use of violence is often in practice indistinguishable from the actions of nonstate players.

Some common dictionary definitions of terrorism include engaging in “the systematic use of terror,” surely an indication of the inscrutability of an issue when the word must be used to define itself. The United Nations has been unsuccessfully negotiating a Comprehensive Convention on International Terrorism since 2002 that would define terror as causing death or serious injury or destroying or damaging public or private property “to intimidate a population, or to compel a Government or an international organization to do or abstain from doing any act.” The United States Federal criminal code uses similar language, as does the Patriot Act, with the key elements being the use of violence or physical destruction to “intimidate or coerce” a civilian population or an existing government.

Governments are aware of what can be accomplished by invoking the word “terrorism.” The diplomacy-averse United States frequently hides behind the label, as it is prohibited by law from negotiating with groups so-labeled, and thereby avoids having to confront the possible legitimacy of what they represent. And it also justifies a uniformly violent response, which is invariably described as self-defense.

Fourteen years ago the “global war on terror” was used to justify wholesale American intervention in predominantly Muslim countries. A number of European countries, including France and Britain, have followed the example of the two Patriot Acts by introducing antiterrorism legislation that provides special police and intelligence service authorities that limit normal legal protections in terrorism cases. The broadly written laws have largely rendered the authorities immune from either regulation or prosecution, and governments in the West have generally been reluctant to allow any third-party inquiries into the related behavior of military and police forces. In the United States the state secret privilege, originally intended to prohibit the exposure of classified information in court, has been used to completely derail judicial proceedings relating to offenses allegedly committed by the government in terrorism cases.

And critics of the essentially hypocritical double standard used in defining terrorism certainly have a point. One might reasonably argue that the use of drones, in which “signature” targets are killed because they match a profile, fits comfortably within the definition of terrorism. During 2003-4, American Army and Marine forces in Fallujah sometimes shelled and bombed targets in the city indiscriminately and were certainly responsible for hundreds of civilian deaths. The Israeli Defense Forces killed thousands of civilians in two incursions into Gaza as well as several attacks on Lebanon. There was no declaration of war to justify the use of armed force in either case, and independent observers noted that many of the civilian casualties could have been avoided, normally a defining factor that makes an incident terror. Both Israel and the United States turned the tables on the situation by referring to their opponents and victims as “terrorists.” There has been no accountability for the deaths because it was two governments that carried out the killing.

In a world seemingly obsessed with terrorism it was inevitable that something like ananti-terrorism industry would grow dramatically. Every television and radio network has its own stable of pundits who pontificate on every violent incident, and there also are well-compensated freelancers, who describe themselves as experts, such as Evan Kohlmann and Steve Emerson. Emerson recently had to apologize after claiming that Birmingham, England had a number of no-go areas controlled by local Muslim extremists.

It should be no surprise that lawyers have now also gotten into the game. In 1996 Congress passed the Anti-Terrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act, which allows victims of terrorism to file civil suits in federal and state courts against sponsors or supporters of terrorism. Once you have a group or individual labeled as terrorist, or providing assistance to terrorists, there are a number of options you can pursue. The burgeoning antiterrorism industry appears to be in some ways linked to the increasing employment of Lawfare, which uses the legal system to wage war by alternative means, making it possible to obtain a favorable judgment and damages from the assets of a recognized terrorist organization. Such litigation benefits from favorable legislation in the United States that makes terrorism a worldwide crime subject to U.S. judicial review.

Recent court cases have involved both states that allegedly sponsor terrorism or actual organizations that are now parts of governments that either currently or at one time were perceived to be terrorists. Many of the groups targeted are enemies of Israel, and the Israeli Lawfare center Shurat HaDin is most active in pursuing such litigation. In a recent case in New York City, the Palestinian Authority was successfully sued by a group of Israelis and Americans over terrorist attacks that took place in Israel in 2002-4. If the appeal fails, the Palestinian Authority will be required to pay $1 billion in damages and will be bankrupted, with negative consequences for the United States, which has been seeking to create a viable government on the West Bank.

The U.S. Department of State identifies four countries as state sponsors of terrorism, making them prime targets for sanctions and other legal action. They are Cuba, Sudan, Syria and Iran. Cuba is an anomaly as it has not threatened anyone in decades but remains on the list due to the deep passions within America’s politically powerful Cuban Lobby. Sudan likewise should not be so designated, as even the U.S. government admits that it is cooperative on terrorism issues.

This leaves Syria and Iran, both of which are regarded as state sponsors of terrorism even though both are themselves victims of terrorist attacks carried out by groups supported by the United States. They are on the list because they harbor or cooperate with Hezbollah, Hamas, and Palestinian Islamic Jihad. All three groups consider themselves to be resistance movements against the illegal Israeli occupation of Palestine, but Israel regards all three as terrorists, a view shared by the United States on the state department’s Foreign Terrorist Organization list. That viewpoint is not necessarily shared by many European governments, which regard the organizations as having evolved into legitimate political parties. There are also thousands of individuals and groups considered to be terroristic or criminal, collected by the U.S. Department of Justice on its Special Designated Nationals List. Individuals and organizations on the list have their assets blocked and are subject to other punitive action by the United States government.

Being designated by the Department of the Treasury or state does not necessarily mean that someone or some organization was actually involved in terrorism. The Texas-based Holy Land Foundation, an Islamic charity, was declared a terrorist organization in 2001. Its officers were convicted and imprisoned in a 2008 trial because the Treasury Department determined ex post facto that it had given money to Hamas before that group was itself named as a terrorist organization.

Inclusion on the State or Treasury lists can mean that there is solid evidence of wrongdoing, but it can also represent mere insinuations or a strong desire to see a group singled out for punishment. In any event, once a group or person is designated for a list, it is difficult to get off. Organizations that have not engaged in terrorist activity for many years remain on the list while other groups that are active escape censure. Recently, the Mujaheddin e Khalq (MEK), an Iranian terrorist group thatkilled six Americans in the 1970s, was removed from the list under political pressure from Congress and the media. Again, Israel was involved. MEK is an enemy of the current government in Tehran and is itself an important component of the Israeli intelligence effort against Iran, having been involved in the fabrication of information suggesting that Iran has an active nuclear weapons program as well as participating in the assassinations of Tehran’s scientists.

So what terrorism actually consists of very much depends on one’s perspective, rendering the word itself largely meaningless. But those who are listed as terrorists experience real consequences even accepting that the designation is both selectively applied and politicized. The United States and Israel in particular use the terrorism label to demonize opponents, drum up fear, and generate popular support for security policies that might otherwise be unpalatable. They also justify their own behavior by asserting that they occupy the moral high ground in the defense of the world against terror, a claim that certainly should be regarded with considerable skepticism.

LOVE ULSTER GOAT SEX Free Willy in Dublin

My rude Cornish friend once said to me, that I'd get up on a frog, if it only stopped hopping. Now, of course this is not true but I put that down to his British conditioning. As I said before, mature women are my strict diet and as I get older, the more mature they are, with a decent bit of flesh on them the better, which is more akin to my acquired taste. Now in a tolerant, patient, civilized society, this is fortunately, not true for everyone. It would be damn boring, if everyone was on this diet. Now at the same time, there are also boundaries, as to what is permissible, and what is beyond the pale, which can only be decided by the conscience of a free, democratic, sovereign state. Now as we all know, in the blue shirt free state, up to recently, sex with children was unofficially permitted but then that is not a free sovereign state, no more than the Orange one in the north, so all sorts of perversions have crept into both, with a little mentoring, from the British, to serve their interests. Now the latest phenomena, that has reared it's Orange goat's head, is bestiality, which is a traditional part of Orange culture and caused considerable controversy last night, at Dublin City's council meeting, where a decision was postponed, with regard to allowing the Orange goat lovers, to march down O'Connell Street to Leinster House, the seat of blue shirt Government in Ireland. The controversy is caused by the considerable risk, of some obscene, bestial, extrovert behavior happening outside Leinster House. Some were shouting at the meeting, "Kill them with Kindness," while others, hadn't a kind word to say about the matter at all.

You see a certain born and bred Orange gentlemen, by the name of Willie, in fact most of them are called Willie, along with their goats, have a particular affinity with fondness for Dublin. They desperately want to parade down there, to declare in full public view, their Orange Order culture, in a parade they have called, 'Love Ulster,' which other free Irish thinkers, have called, 'Free Willie in Dublin'. Now the story on how Willie and his goat, developed this affinity with Dublin is an odd one, a very odd one indeed. When I tell this story to my friends, many of them do not believe me and for those of you who wish to research this story, you will need to travel to South Armagh and do your own research there, by calling around to the homes of the locals and asking the pertinent questions and you will find that what i am saying is absolutely true. You can also call in and check it with the Sinner Fein centres in Camlough and Newry. As the old saying goes, sometimes the truth is stranger than fiction.

You see a long time ago, when a certain Willie was a young boy, he lived in South Armagh, where goats milk was the stable diet, among many families. That is why, you will find people from South Armagh, are all, mostly, strong, hardy people, with big strong bones. Now this was a time before the British Army invaded and before the latest troubles. Now course the Brits, when they were doing their secret surveillance at night, were intrigued by all of this, they noticed many of the rebels were addicted to goats milk and before they would head off for a night's work crossing the fields, they would lie down underneath the goats teats and suck them dry. This activity made the goats very horny and they would try to do a 69, by nibbling at the crotch of the milker, and apparently they were successful, in opening a few Orange flies, where the goats continued on relentlessly with some goat fellatio and aroused the God fearing Orangemen to great heights of passion. Well one thing led to another and that is how riding the goat entered Orange Order culture. Now of course for some, this activity became habitual and  deep meaningful relationships developed, to the point where they took their goats to bed with them. Fortunately for the Catholics, the good altar boys would not partake in such activity because they were put off sex by the Priests already.

Now I know some of you are still skeptical and regard me as biased or even sectarian but this is absolutely not the case. You see the reason I am familiar with all of these details is, that when I used to be taken in for interrogation in Gough Barracks, one of their tactics they used to try and break me, was they would throw numerous photographs in front of me, with certain Republicans engaging in bestiality. However when I examined the photos carefully, I could see they were photoshopped with heads of Republicans superimposed on the bodies of certain well-known loyalist politicians. Well of course, the Brits made hay, with those sort of tactics but not in my case. They also threw photographs of altar boys being raped by priests in front of me and I am convinced, that a lot of the politicians in Ireland are working for the British for these reasons. This is particularly true of the legal profession in Ireland too, particularly ones who became judges in Diplock Courts where justice is next to impossible in Ireland. This tradition is very strong, among the elite, in both the Roman and British Empire is very strong, as any historical researcher can confirm.

Anyway, to get back to the Willies in South Armagh, one of them was constantly 'mithered' as a young boy, which also made his father 'mithered,' to the point of that he spoke to his neighbours about the problem, The neighbours being the kind people they are, in that part of Ireland advised Willies father, to give him goats milk, after which he improved a bit. However, Willie couldn't stop drinking the goat's milk, it was like Guinness to him. Willie became a goataholic and after his initiation into the secret Orange Order, which includes a ceremony, that every Orangeman must 'ride' a goat, to protect the Order's secrecy, as a form of blackmail, Willie became addicted to goats in a most total fashion. Willie developed a very meaningful relationship with a particular goat his father gave him, and Willie was 'mithered' no longer. This was grand until the time came for Willie to get married, as every God-fearing man of the orange culture must do to procreate in South Armagh. Well, Willie's wife was a contrary sort of a woman, so himself and Iris, came to an arrangement, where they slept in separate beds, and she was presented with a male goat to keep her happy in bed. This is also a considerable part of God fearing Orange Order culture, which is often not particularly, people friendly and makes it difficult to absorb into Irish culture. Having said that, as a recovering alcoholic myself, who has ridden most prostitutes from here to Amsterdam, to have a bit of craic, while sober, I wouldn't be the best judge of that.

I learned in sobriety, that we are as sick as our secrets, and God knows Ireland is full of secrets, principally because it was invaded through the back door, by two Empires, where secret intelligence and secret societies, are at a premium, and in fact largely rule our Island for others, particularly using the very religious. So to get back to South Armagh long ago, it appears that a local Catholic farmer, having more than a few pints in him came out of a pub and still wasn't satisfied. He had an awful lip on him, for a drop of goats milk and it was the middle of the night. He was trying to figure out, where he would get hold of a decent goat, when it came to him, that there was one up in the local Orange Hall, which was kept, strictly for their initiation ceremonies, so he decided to stumble up there. He got in the back door and there was the goat all alone tucked up in bed, with Orange lipstick on it, which is also an important part of  Orange Order culture. Anyway, the goat didn't recognize Murphy as one of his own and asked him in a goat sort of way, where was he from. Well, Murphy being a cute hoor, told him he was from an Orange Lodge in Dublin and got into bed with the goat and sucked its tits. Well the goat was aroused as always but still wasn't convinced, so he nibbled around at Murphy's crotch to sniff him out, and found that he was exceptionally well hung, far better than what he was used to at the Orange Lodge but Murphy would have none of it and stumbled out the back door on his way home. After that, the goat always had a yen for Dublin.

In later years this goat became Willies particular partner and one night while Iris was keep quiet by her own particular male goat, Willie and his goat were engaged in some intimate pillow talk, when the goat brought up the subject of Dublin and Willie hit the roof in a rage and started to beat the goat, which got the attention of Iris. The goat eventually calmed Wille down, with plenty of Dublin neighs, Ulster says neigh, etc, but the cat was out of the bag and Iris had heard about the well endowed jackeens from Dublin, whereupon she decided to get a Dublin toy boy. Well, the culture with goats, spread like wildfire into Tyrone, up to Cookstown and Enniskillen, indeed all over the loyalist north and it didn't confine itself to goats either, every farmyard animal was abused. Iris got several toy boys in Dublin and told her girlfriends about it, who did the same, which caused considerable resentment towards Dublin, in the Orange Order culture, until it was eventually decided, among all of the Willies, that they would march on Dublin, in a parade to be known as, 'Love Ulster.' The last time they tried it there was a riot in Dublin and it had to be canceled, so now they are trying again, which brings us to the issue that confronts Dublin City Council. Personally I believe there should be no problem, if they rename the 'march', 'Free Willy in Dublin' but as I said earlier, who am I to judge? Live and let Live, at least leave the kids alone, I mean the human ones of course but then Animal Cruelty might see it differently.

This article is not about any particular individual and while mostly true, any similarity with any particular person is not intentional. No inference can be drawn to any particular person or family. The picture at the top, is of the organizer of the march but the article is totally a separate matter and a general a caricature of the many commoners with the name Willie, while the Murphys are probably the most common name in Ireland, After that, I hope I have upset everyone in Ireland with secrets, particularly of the religious variety.

Up the Irish Pagans!

ORANGE ORDER WILLIE BANNED IN NEWRY INTERNMENT PROTEST TODAY

Orange Order Riding the Goat

The vulgar practice of "riding the goat" still constitutes part of many Orange Order ceremonies of initiation in Orange Lodges, in British Occupied Ireland, that has its origin in the superstitions of English antiquity.

The Greeks, Romans and Egyptians, depicted their mystical god Pan with horns, hoofs and shaggy hide calling him "goat-footed." This demonology was modified by early Christians, with Pan giving way to Satan, so in the common mind, the devil was depicted as a male goat, best-known for his horns, beard and the cloven hoofs.

Then came the Orangemen and the Orange Order with their belief in orgies, where the devil appeared as and Orangeman in the lodge, wearing a sash ,riding a goat, before he proceeded ride all remaining humans and also engaged in further bestiality with any remaining animals in the lodge.

These orgies of Orangemen, witches and animals were vulgar, unhygenic, blasphemous ceremonies, that also practiced initiation ceremonies on young virgins, both male and female, into their Satanic rites, with other vulgar, illiterate type Orange Order mysteries, that actually included human blood sacrifice.

A lot of it started in England, being subsequently brought to Ireland to subdue and brainwash the natives, where the Orange Order became accustomed to the practice it in their Orange Lodges "to raise the devil." There are also considerable secrecy rituals which leave the initiate in no doubt, under pain of death about keeping all thee matter secret.

To this day censorship is practiced in Britain, British Occupied Ireland and the so called Free State from this basis. This goes all the way up to the BBC world service, broadcasting disinformation, copper fastened by the British Official Secrets Act which will destroy any truth teller. The current pedophilia pandemic in Britain, exported to all its former colonies, is best exposed in the Jimmy Savile/BBC scandal, along with the Kincora Boys Home, Dunfermline, Jersey, etc. etc.. It goes on and on and its core is the heart of the Former British Empire in the City of London.

So today we still have the abominable practice of "riding of the goat," which is still widely practiced in British Occupied Ireland. It is also practiced by the freemasons worldwide, that includes  groups like the notorious Skull & Bones group, believed responsible for 9/11, disappearance of MH370, assassination of JFK and of course British War Crimes in Occupied Ireland, such as the Belfast Butchers. Authentic Irish Republicans demand that these practices are banned and the Orange Order disbanded.

DISBAND THE EVIL ORANGE ORDER NOW !

Groucho Marx once said he'd never want to join any club that would accept him as a member. For my part, I'd never want to be part of anything sectarian, and unfortunately that's what Orangeism has become. It's time the Order either disbanded, it's been infested by sectarianism - Ulsterman

The Orange Order is an abomination and needs to disband IMHO - Anonymous

" never want to be part of anything sectarian, and unfortunately that's what Orangeism has become." Real Prod

"The Orange Order order has not became sectarian overnight or over recent decades here...they have always been, whether prohibting marriage to a Catholic or whether the fact that a surge in membeship and OO activity in the 18th century 'just happens' to correlate with the granting of a Catholic seminary in Maynooth in 1829 or with the rather late granting of Catholic emancipation...there are loads of Historical precedents one could cherrypick, from riotous behaviour in New york and Austrialia in the 18th century to riotous behaviour now. Just because if in your pa's day there was less riots doesnt make it unsectarian - Anon

An ideological difficulty in trying to define Orangeism, as with Fascism, ideologically its not its as structured as a piece of crap(peanuts included)! - Atheist

Please don't call the Orange Order christian, its not! it was founded by some free masons, which is a non-christian religion. Also orangeism is sectarian and is used by London to divide and conquer the Irish in tribalism blasphemous biblical christianity - Scot

Most Protestant people in Northern Ireland and many parts of Scotland have heard the saying "riding the goat" in regard to one joining the Order Order. But what does this mean? Those who have went through Orangeism's 3rd level the Royal Arch Purple will be familar with what "riding the goat" really signifies.
Before the blindfolded Royal Arch Purple candidate experiences "riding the goat," he is led over to within four or five feet of the front of a purpose-built ladder, symbolising 'Jacob's ladder'.We can see therefore, as the Arch Purple candidate ascends this mysterious ladder, he is taking a blasphemous, symbolic, spiritual journey. The Bible warns, "For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables" (2 Timothy 4:3-4).

William J Schnoebelen states in 'Beyond The Light' (p. 215), "he [the Mason] is spiritually connected to an organisation whose rites can effortlessly slide into witchcraft and devil worship and fit beautifully! If Freemasonry is so godly, how can it possibly be interchanged by both witches and satanists so freely?" -

WILLIE WANTED IN NEWRY JIHAD

In British Occupied Ireland, the practice of ‘internment by remand’ has been used consistently since the formation of the Brit Scum State, to imprison republican activists, on the basis of trumped-up and spurious charges, with little or no substantial evidence, to even substantiate such charges. Despite a nominal peace process, this judicial, prosecution, policing and political system, which now includes colluding former internees themselves, who willingly collude in supporting this unjust criminal practice of a failed scum state.

Stephen Murney, a victim of this legalized practice of collusion, between state agencies, to remove political opponents, including those who work for justice and the liberation of Irish people in a peaceful manner, such as Stephen. As demonstrated in the case of  Stephen Murney, when it comes to political opposition, to the  Orange and Green careerist politicians now part of the British establishment, internationally accepted conventions are continuously ignored within Britain’s scum state Irish colony.

Stephen’s is not unique, ordinary Irish people are being held for up to three years, to be eventually released, with charges dismissed, having served the purpose of camouflaged political internment.
Máire Drumm says, “This insidious and unjust practice, could tomorrow, be directed against any political activist, republican or otherwise."

Cait Trainor still remembers as a child, her family home, being raided by British soldiers and her father being hauled off for questioning, she does not identify, with the lucrative mainstream media or careerist politician's narrative, that events in British Occupied Ireland are a kind of catholic emancipation exercise, instead, she sees her struggle as a republican, fighting for the removal of British Occupation.

She just spent the last four years, working on the Martin Corey release campaign. Martin Corey was imprisoned for four years without charge or trial, a continuation of the official internment era, before it was disguised by diplock courts of remand, of political activists, such as the better known recent examples of Marian Price and Martin Corey.

Cait recognizes, that like Palestine, the conflict in British Occupied Ireland, was and is mostly represented in the media, as one of balanced diametric warfare and divide, rather than one of Occupation, where a powerful entity, disregards the rights of an oppressed people, with political internment, rather than recognition of peoples right to self determination, being the norm.

It's result, is not a genuine peace process, as is claimed by opportunist, careerist, enablers of the Scum State but the oxygen of the flames of further violence and the destruction of justice, into an endless despair, where those fighting for their natural rights, become entrapped and imprisoned in an  almighty state of perpetuated
violence.

In 1973, Martin Corey, an Irish republican, became entrapped, when with two comrades, he was involved in the vigilante patrol of his community, to protect it, against constant sectarian murder of his own people. They discovered that the local British police and army, were in fact the culprits, who went into ordinary, innocent, peaceful people's homes and wiped out whole families. Martin was forced to join the local IRA unit to protect his otherwise defenceless community. After shooting two British RUC police, Constable Raymond Wyle and Constable Robert Mc Cauley, he was handed a life sentence and served almost twenty years in prison.

He was released from the notorious Long Kesh Concentration Camp in June 1992, which housed the majority of men interned, during the internment years, and it became the place where Bobby Sands, elected member of the British Parliament, became one of the 23 IRA hunger strikers, who died protesting their Political Status  and their refusal to be categorized as criminals.

After eighteen years of freedom, he was interned again in 2010, on secret evidence, linking him to supposed traditional republican activity. No evidence was provided and his legal team were unable to examine evidence, to mount any kind of defence for whatever he was purportedly accused. It is rumored, they claimed he was a leading member of the Continuity IRA, a claim without a shred of evidence seeing the light of day or Mr. Corey and his lawyers scrutiny.

Cait said, “Martin Corey, has consistently denied being a member of the IRA. I believe that in order to justify to the public their incarceration of a 60+ year old man without evidence, they had to throw in these allegations, so as to avoid questions, people are less willing to question arrests of this nature. His internment for 4 years without trial or charge, was and remains a case of injustice and a clear cut case of a human rights abuse.

The Campaign for Martin’s release, reiterated time and time again, if there is any evidence, please present it. To keep someone locked up, without charge or evidence, is a severe infringement on a person’s civil liberties and right to life.”

The decision by the Parole Commissioners to eventually set him free, followed four years of intense protest, by the remaining decent native and international community, who have not yet been brainwashed by the standard terrorist narrative and kept their nature for justice and natural human empathy intact.

Martin's freedom, like others released is not guaranteed or protected, as the case of Colin Duffy and other prove. Under British lawlessness, political prisoners that are released from such sentences, are subject to a “life licence” for the rest of their lives.

According to Colin Murray, Lecturer in Law and researcher on national security law from the University of Newcastle who explained it from a technical perspective :

“This means that the UK authorities can recall such individuals to prison whenever they are considered to pose a threat to the public. In the case of Martin Corey, has recall to prison took place fully 18 years after his release in 1992, at a time of increasing threat from dissident Republicans in Northern Ireland.”

“Recall is particularly controversial as there is no need for a trial to prove any criminal wrongdoing against a released life prisoner, although in Northern Ireland the decision must be upheld by a panel of independent Parole Commissioners.”

The conditional basis of his release from prison ambiguous in that he cannot pose a risk or be deemed to be a danger to the general public which is open to a wide and variant interpretation by the governing authorities. In addition, he is not allowed to return to his native home place.

Cait highlighting the restrictive nature of his release conditions, says that ;
“Not allowing him to return to his home place is a tactic used against political dissidents during Stalinist Russia and apartheid era South Africa, the fact that he cannot speak to the media is political censorship of the most serious kind. During Martins four years internment at no time were charges brought against him, and so to put conditions on him, with his release is an exercise in intimidation by the British Government”.

She also condemned the internment process:

“The British Government, secretary of state and all those involved in the internment of Martin Corey showed contempt for human rights and were involved in a despotic policy of ruling by decree”.

As part of his release, he is not allowed to talk to the media, a denial of his right to the freedom of expression which could be challenged in the courts; it also detracts the media from finding out the facts of the case, his treatment in prison and his own personal opinions and views on his case.
Effectively he is not afforded an absolute freedom outside of prison under these conditions and he will be under constant surveillance.

His solicitor, Peter Murphy, said:

“It’s like internment all over again in the sense that he hasn’t been given the chance to defend his position. In any criminal court you can meet your accuser, you have a chance to cross-examine them, and you have a chance to defend yourself because you’re given the detail of what the allegations are against you”.

Brian Gormally, Director of the Committee of Administration of Justice in Northern Ireland:

“We are not opposed to the release of life sentence prisoners on reasonable conditions and the revocation of their licence if there is clear evidence that they are a threat to the public. However, Mr Corey’s licence was revoked, and he spent four years in jail, on the basis of secret intelligence that could not be challenged by his lawyers even in the private Parole Commission hearing. This kind of secret process is unacceptable and conflicts with the right to a fair trial.

Furthermore, if reports that Mr Corey and his lawyers are prohibited from speaking to the media by the conditions of his release are correct, this would be a disproportionate restriction on the right to freedom of expression. The Parole Commission is duty bound to explain why this restriction is legal, necessary and proportionate.”

Depriving an individual of their liberty on the basis of secret intelligence that cannot be challenged in an open hearing is unjust. The European Convention of Human Rights says nobody should be detained without a proper court hearing.

Secret, closed material proceedings are not proper court proceedings and this case sets a dangerous precedent in that without adequate protections enforced anyone individual in Northern Ireland is now liable to plucked from the streets on the basis of secret evidence and interned and the state does not have to justify its actions.Cait said

“I believe the British Government have consistently made politically motivated arrests, to deter dissent from their occupation and instill fear into the Irish people. Martin Corey was arrested, because of his political views and nothing else. In Ireland in 2014 it proves that the British Government, are intent on maintaining their grip of Occupation on Ireland through any means necessary and that any political opinion contrary to theirs, will be dealt with in a despotic manner.”

Only people power will change all of this, certainly not the politicians, who sold out to the Queen's shilling a long time ago, on the backs of traditional Irish republican sacrifices made by Irish people, like Martin Corey and the 23 dead Hunger Strikers, who remained faithful to the core Republican Principles from the French Revolution of Liberty, Equality and Fraternity.
