YOUR MIND IS YOUR GREATEST WEAPON

On March 6, 1988 in Gibraltar, the British SAS SWAT fired without warning, killing three young unarmed IRA volunteers.Among the victims was also Mairead Farrell, certainly the female figure more representative of Irish republicans. Mairead is one of ten women martyrs for freedom told them ,"The legacy of Antigone" , Here's an excerpt from the book:

The first bullet caught in the face and knocked to the ground. Then they reached the other shots in the back, finendola. Was twenty minutes past four Gibraltar was lit by a pale sun of March. A local woman had unwittingly witnessed the execution. Some time later, unearthed and interviewed by a television crew, recalled: "those (men of the security forces) have done nothing but get close and shoot. They did not say anything, did not cry out, did not notice these people to surrender. And they, when they turned to see what was going on, they realized that they no longer escape. " Mairead Farrell was massacred with eight bullets, all went to sign the head and back, a little more than a meter away. On the ground next to her, in the pitch of the gas station became a slaughterhouse, the bodies were riddled with bullets of his fellow Daniel McCann and Sean Savage . All three were unarmed and could easily be arrested. Instead they were finished while they were on the ground, helpless and wounded, with more bullets fired at close range. The British government had sent to Gibraltar SWAT SAS with the clear intent to kill and give a memorable lesson to the IRA, the Irish Republican Army...

Your mind is your greatest weapon....Mairead Farrell

In the mind, your mind controls your heart, in reality, your heart controls your mind. Wes

What consumes your mind, controls your life.

Take a step back. Clear your mind. Refresh your perspective.

Your mind is your weapon, your power. Your thoughts are powerful enough to move the world... you just have to believe they are.

If you don't get what you want, you suffer; if you get what you don't want, you suffer; even when you get exactly what you want, you still suffer because you can't hold on to it forever. Your mind is your predicament. It wants to be free of change. Free of pain, free of the obligations of life and death. But change is a law, and no amount of pretending will alter that reality.

Never to forget, your mind is greater than our mighty universe...

If your mind is pure, all buddha-lands are pure.

Your mind is continuously projecting projecting itself

Never separate your mind from your heart when making relationship decisions. The purpose of the mind is to protect the heart

The world is your mirror and your mind is a magnet. What you perceive in this world is largely a reflection of your own attitudes and beliefs. Life will give you what you attract with your thoughts think, act and talk negatively and your world will be negative. Think and act and talk with enthusiasm and you will attract positive results.

Remember your mind is a constant generator of thoughts, so providing negative energy to your mind will lead your mind to create negative thoughts. So provide your mind with positive energy,so your mind can create positive thoughts.Your mind is a powerful thing. When you fill it with positive thoughts, your life will start to change.

Your biggest enemy isn't always the one holding the gun waiting to pull the trigger or the one you think hating or against you the most, your biggest enemy is sometimes your own self what you think in your mind is what you answer back to and take it as.

ORANGE ORDER EUGENICS

According to the political doctrine of Unionist Leader Martin McGuinness, the elite of his Orange Order/Castle Catholic state, are the master race, and all of the dissidents are "neanderthals." Now of course in any civilized society in the world, this matter would be debated, but in both scum states of British Occupied Ireland, sponsored scum state terrorism, along with their age old cocktail of censorship and political internment, ensures the matter is settled by the ensuing bully boy tactics of political violence. Unlike his low profile political sandwich of Iris Robinson and her public partner Peter, there are a few Orange men who have actually read Darwin's theory of evolution but unfortunately have misapplied it's biological principles of natural selection and "survival of the fittest" to the social, political, and economic skulduggery of their Orange Order scum state.

Of course if there ever had been a truly genuine Peace Process, these fundamental matters, would in all the time I and others have given it, have already been addressed in a transparent way. The concept of "social Darwinism"has it's origins, in the class struggle of post industrial revolution England, and is often used as a justification and evolutionary model for a scum state, using it as a biological basis for neo-apartheid, as in place like Israel and the former South Africa. Drawing on social Darwinism, Orange men and Zionists of the powerful International eugenics movement, rationalize it as "improving" the human genetic stock, whether it be blue shirted Mayo mountain peasants or Fianna Fail bog trotters, garbed in Offaly shirts or even their own goat shaggers from Markethill.

As an alternative to the McGuinness/Robinson, doctrine and social policies of devolution, that includes cultivating a separate scum state gene pool from the survivors of a cultivated, medicated, moronic, incestious, underclass of paedophiles and people of no property, for unbridled indentured slavery, the following piece, examines the evolution of eugenics, so that the lessons of history, are not forgotten or ignored, by the few remaining class conscious activists, in the two scum states of Ireland. The author of the article below is Dan Kevles, a historian and a professor of history at Yale. It has been adapted with the permission of Harvard University Press, from the 1995 Preface to, In the Name of Eugenics,

Eugenics

The specter of eugenics hovers over virtually all contemporary developments in human genetics. Eugenics was rooted in the social Darwinism of the late 19th century, a period in which notions of fitness, competition, and biological rationalizations of inequality were popular. At the time, a growing number of theorists introduced Darwinian analogies of "survival of the fittest" into social argument. Many social Darwinists insisted that biology was destiny, at least for the unfit, and that a broad spectrum of socially deleterious traits, ranging from "pauperism" to mental illness, resulted from heredity.

The word "eugenics" was coined in 1883 by the English scientist Francis Galton, a cousin of Charles Darwin, to promote the ideal of perfecting the human race by, as he put it, getting rid of its "undesirables" while multiplying its "desirables" -- that is, by encouraging the procreation of the social Darwinian fit and discouraging that of the unfit. In Galton's day, the science of genetics was not yet understood. Nevertheless, Darwin's theory of evolution taught that species did change as a result of natural selection, and it was well known that by artificial selection a farmer could obtain permanent breeds of plants and animals strong in particular characteristics. Galton wondered, "Could not the race of men be similarly improved?"

Heyday of Eugenics

Eugenics took popular hold after the turn of the 20th century, flourishing for several decades. During its heyday, social prejudice suffused human genetics, often attributing to genetics social differences that were actually rooted in race and class. After World War II, however, biologists in the United States and Britain fought -- by and large successfully -- toemancipate human genetics from such biases in order to establish it as a solid field of science that would explain the complexities of human heredity and assist medicine by illuminating the relationship of genetics to disease.

During the past 50 years, molecular geneticists have located, isolated, manipulated, and analyzed thousands of human genes, including many implicated in diseases and other conditions. Their work has been greatly accelerated by theHuman Genome Project, which began in the late 1980s and which in 2001 completed a first draft of the entire sequence of DNA in the human genome.

In the long run, human genetic knowledge will very likely lead to therapies and cures for many diseases. But some fear that the techniques of gene therapy, embryo selection, and the engineering of sperm could all become tools of a kind of human genetic manipulation that would be offensive to humane and egalitarian values. The manipulation could discriminate against socially costly or devalued groups and individuals.

The Bell Curve sparks controversy

These anxieties are rooted in thesocial tensions that beset contemporary society. They were heightened by the recent renewal of assertions -- notably in The Bell Curve,Charles Murray and the late Richard J. Herrnstein's widely discussed book of 1994 -- that racial groups differ from each other in their innate mental capacities. Murray and Herrnstein reported that the principal difference lies between whites on the one side, and Latinos and, especially, blacks on the other. Blacks on average score 15 points lower than whites on IQ tests.Herrnstein and Murray concluded that therefore blacks as a group are less intelligent than whites. They held that genes place blacks, along with whites of comparable test performance, disproportionately in poverty, in prison, on the welfare rolls, and in the statistics of illegitimate births. They insisted that the high maternity rate of low-income groups is fostering "dysgenics," the increase of inadequate genes in the population.

Such claims are not new. They formed part of the core of the eugenics movement that swept through the Anglo-American world and many other countries during the first third of the 20th century. In the United States, however, the biological distinctions that mainly obsessed eugenicists were not those between whites and blacks, but those then believed to divide whites -- differences between the old-stock white, Anglo-Saxon, Protestant majority and the numerous Catholic and Jewish immigrants from Eastern and Southern Europe.

Eugenicists, who were themselves predominantly of the old majority, considered scholastic intelligence -- the kind indicated in IQ tests -- a paramount measure of human merit, ignoring other abilities such as business acumen and artistic creativity that such tests did not capture. To them, IQ tests appeared to determine that the newer immigrants were innately endowed with low intelligence, while their high birth rates seemed to indicate that they were spreading inferior genes into the population at a rapid rate. In the interest of reducing the proportion of the "less fit" in society, eugenicists in the United States helped restrict immigration from Eastern and Southern Europe. They promoted the passage of eugenic sterilization laws that disproportionately threatened lower-income groups. The laws and programs they fostered supplied a model for the Nazis, who sterilized several hundred thousand people and, brandishing their research into the genetics of individual and racial differences, claimed scientific justifications for the Holocaust

Distinctions of "race" Discredited

The Nazi horrors discredited eugenics as a social program.Studies in social and biological science repudiated its stigmatizing theories of human difference, showing that what it took to be distinctions of race were actually those of ethnicity. In the United States, the social policies that reduced discrimination and expanded opportunity worked with the passage of time to produce their salubrious effects among the newer immigrants and their descendants, including socioeconomic improvement and, eventually, par performance on IQ tests. Between the 1930s and the 1980s, whites' scores on such tests rose some 14 points. Blacks' scores rose, too, though not as much. Still, along with the change in whites' scores, the increase indicates thattest results are not rigidly fixed by genes, but are also sensitive to changes in education, opportunity, and scholastic ambition.

Blacks have resided on the American continent for the better part of four centuries; nevertheless, it is mainly since World War II -- but even more so since the 1960s -- that they have passed on their migration to freedom from a United States that was legally segregated and in countless ways racially oppressive to the contemporary nation, where, although racism continues its poisonous work, new standards of law and tolerance better protect dignity and beckon ambition. In a sense, blacks as a community have only just embarked on the journey that many white immigrant groups took several generations to complete. It is not unreasonable to conceive that, as it was for those white minorities, so it will be -- given enough time and good will -- for nonwhite minorities, including the flood of recent newcomers to the United States.

The roots of human behaviors and capacities are complicated.Attempts to probe them for the role of genes may try to allow for contemporary environmental differences, but they tend to be blind to the cultural and psychological impact of past experience. They rely on measures that fail to capture attitudes, aspirations, expectations, and, above all, social hope. In short, they can be blind to the legacy of history.

MOTHER IRELAND AS SICK AS OUR SECRETS

The quote with the picture above by Dali, is from  one of Ireland's most notable writers, James Joyce, whose works until recently, we censored in Ireland. His partner was a woman, who was born, in a village near my birthplace in Galway. He was also like myself partial to all sorts of whores, which is also the much argued theme of my favourite song Raglan Road, above. Some people say I'm still a bit of a whore myself and there might be some truth in it, but I wouldn't be listening to everything they say, for you're own peace of mind, if I were you.

James Joyce was so disgusted by the the two scum states of Ireland in exile, that despite dire circumstances abroad, leading up to his death, he refused to accept what passes to be an Irish passport. Like James Joyce, I have a love-hate relationship with Ireland, primarily because of its dark dirty secrets and hypocrisy, unlike James I am not much of writer, as most of ye can observe but then I am writing first for myself, so see if I'm bothered what ye think.

Below is an aggregate, of the only solution that I have found, with regard to a matter, that has seriously concerned and enraged me, since I was a young boy, growing up in the west of Ireland and which is currently topical, with even more revelations, regarding the ongoing abuse of children in Ireland, by professed Irish republicans, with an alleged dozen more revealed yesterday.

As I have learned in recovery, DENIAL is not a river in Egypt, and despite considerable recent media coverage of child abuse n Ireland, based on my considerable interactions there, the vast majority of Irish people are still in considerable denial about its reality and are still passively enabling it. With the help of the Big Spirit that I do not understand, who has taken good care of me, through the 12 Phukt Steps, whom I have come to trust, I hope the day never comes, where I would turn my back on my own people or sell out our age old dream of liberation.

I came across much of this material, while grappling with the 12 Phukt Steps, which are above in the right hand corner of this page. I used to think my lying was only about drinking. However, whenever I lied about how many drinks I had, it was because I had far more and I knew it. So, my lying was a symptom of my sickness. As I acquired more sober time, more and more has been revealed to me, with the help of many other people, some of them being mirrors of myself.

The saying, "we are as sick as our secrets,"applies to all parts of my life or to anything I am lying about today and I confess to be no born again virgin yet, nor do I aspire to be one. As I said, some whores are alright. I have learned that, when I start to stray off the road less traveled or lie about something, of the smallest detail, I try to stop right there and check my motivations and internal agenda, by taking a good, gentle look at what is really driving my fear of the truth of being revealed for who I really am.

I have learned that even a bit of blarney, to save someone else’s feelings are really not about saving them from hurt feelings, but trying to save myself by lying. For example, if my wife who just loves her new tee shirt of a female finger sucker and asks my opinion, while I think it's ugly, my first impulse to to lie, comes from fear of confrontation or the discomfort that comes, when I tell people something, she or they they do not want to hear. Jack Nicholson expresses it perfectly in " A Few Good Men," when he says, "YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH".

This seems to be precisely, what appears to be happening in Ireland currently, with regard to child abuse and child rape. I do try(occasionally) to be gently honest, without hurting their feelings  or being hypercritical but sometimes it's just too phuckin frustrating, beating round the bush, so I have developed a lot of dirty talk, which comes in quite handy sometimes and feels quite liberating. However I have lost a lot of so called friends in the process but I have found a few quality ones instead. So it seems to boil down to a question of quality or quantity.

From experience, the consequences of lying, are far worse than the feared result to begin with. Telling fibs or blatant lies or withholding truth are all self destructive habits, I developed in my dysfunctional home and country of crazy behaviour, that denied both myself and other Irish people around me, dignity and respect. Most Dutch people people I knew, when living in the Netherlands for instance, would much rather hear a difficult truth than be lied to, even if a lot of them are cheese heads.

I differentiate my real friends from acquaintances, as the people who always get the whole story; whom I can tell anything, and vice-versa. If I ask them for the truth, I expect it, otherwise they are messing with my head, heart and spirit. It naturally  follows, if I expect the truth from them, who am I, to ever withhold the truth from them. Intimacy from my own experience, is only possible when we tell each other the truth, everything withheld creates distance and barriers.

Likewise some of my biggest lies are lies of omission because context is really important. Without the truth, I was sometimes very lonely and had many conflicting feelings along with being very confused, that is mostly not the case anymore. I have learned, that there is always, some underlying fear of consequence, which I don’t want to face, with fear being the real culprit. My truth needs to be brought out into the bright light of Spirit, otherwise I am as sick as my secrets and I am infecting my immediate family and larger Irish family and in my case it is large indeed.

I learned with the above, to forgive, as I have been mostly forgiven, fortunately. In fact I have a confession to make. The primary reason, I celebrated when Maggie Thatcher died, was that it removed my last remaining resentment and my impulse to strangle the bitch. I had forgiven everyone from my past but Maggie was the big exception. I spent a lot of my time taking her inventory.

She had ordered the execution in cold blood of my country women and men. She was the principal cause of the death of 10 Irish hunger strikers. She contracted her father's disease of being a pedophile. She had two children and hated her husband Denis. Being the pervert that she was, she sought intimacy elsewhere, and brought the paedophile Jimmy Savile over for diversion at Christmas, while they both kiddie fiddled.

She had the audacity to tell her ministers, that all the Irish are liars. However recently observing the child rape debate in Ireland or more correctly non-debate, I horrifically have come to the conclusion, that perhaps there was more than a little grain of truth to what Maggie the bitch said. Forgive me please, I'm human and still trying to heal after 27 years of it, but it has been a wonderful trip, thanks to all you sick phuks for healing me, 12 phukin steps at a time!

THE GERRY ADAMS CHILD ABUSE APOLOGY

GERRY ADAMS HAS apologised to victims of abuse and critised opposition parties in a keynote speech in Belfast today following a week of controversy.
Sinn Féin has come under criticism by Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil after Mairia Cahill claimed she was raped by a member of the IRA when she was 16 in aBBC Spotlight documentary.
She also alleges that the IRA held a “kangaroo court” over the abuse claims, in an effort to prevent a police investigation.
The Sinn Féin President said “Sinn Féin has not engaged in any cover-up of abuse at any level of this party.
The accusation is a vile slur on thousands of decent, upstanding republican people right across this island.
“Maíria Cahill has made serious allegations against myself and named Sinn Féin members. While I am very mindful of the trauma she has suffered – I and the others she has named reject those allegations.”
He added that “the IRA was not equipped to deal with these difficult matters.
IRA actions failed victims of abuse. As Uacharáin Shinn Féin I have acknowledged that. I am sorry for that. And I apologise for that.
On the attack
Adams criticised the reaction of opposition political parties, saying, “The allegations made by Mairia Cahill have been seized upon in the most cynical, calculated and opportunistic way by our political opponents.
Their aim has little to do with helping victims of abuse, but everything to do with furthering their own narrow political agendas.
However, Fianna Fáil leader Micheál Martin says Gerry Adams still has questions to answer as to how his party and the IRA dealt with allegations of sex abuse within their own ranks.
“Adams opted to use his speech this morning to attack his political opponents for continuing to pursue the truth, and demand answers about the manner in which sex abuse allegations were handled by members of the IRA and Sinn Féin.
This vain attempt to deflect attention from the cover-ups within those organisations, which are now emerging is sickening.
“It is unacceptable and reprehensible that he has failed to address these important issues.”
Deputy Adams also attacked certain sections of the media over their treatment of the controversy.
Some sections of the media …have taken these allegations against Sinn Féin, added to them, and reported them as fact.
“They speculate with ill-concealed glee about how much damage this controversy will do to me and Sinn Féin.
He added, “I am calling on any former IRA Volunteers, who may have any information about any allegations of sexual abuse to pass this on to the appropriate authorities.”

INTO THE MYSTIC from Mental Slavery to Green Yogi

A post on my dream of self liberation for my island Ireland, that includes material of the Green Yogi, Van Morrison and the Orange Order

What Are You Tolerating in IrelandThat Drains Your Energy?

Alive or just breathing? Most people feel drained and exhausted by the end of the day. If we are made of energy, and we have none by the evening hours then perhaps it is wise to reflect upon the choices we make in our daily lives. Do we work a job that we ultimately hate? Do we justify it by telling ourselves what our culture ingrains, "that it's normal and common to work at a job we don't necessarily love, and those who do are just lucky or knew somebody in the field?" I think this is one of the biggest societal control mechanisms that we not only believe, but feed into and accept without much contemplation. Maybe you are doing what you love everyday, so what about the people you surround yourself with? A long time ago I was introduced to the idea of vampires being present in our life- people who suck the life out of you. They are takers, parasites, burdens and thrive off depleting other people's energy and have no sense of self-reliance. You may be in a relationship with one, they may be your boss, they may be your parent. The point is not to judge them as "bad" but to have the awareness of how you feel in the accompaniment of these people. I think its extremely important to protect our energy, for it is the vital force that sustains our spirit. If we are constantly around people, or part of situations that are sucking the life out of us like a vacuum, then perhaps it is time for us to let that go, and "detox" our energy field. I have heard that there are 3 ways to deal with anything: accept it, change it, or leave it. If you are with a partner who you feel is depleting your energy, and you feel there is not a good balance, then changing it or leaving it are best because when we accept things that we just know deep inside are not good for us, we are really insulting our soul. We are suffocating our spirit when we knowingly engage in activities, relationships, and work that we don't feel is a vibrational match to feeling good. I think in preparing for the New Year, it is wise to go forth with committing to living your life in the direction of your dreams. Life is short, we are here for a short span of time, "a parenthesis in infinity" as Wayne Dyer says. With today being the last day of the year, perhaps this is a great time for reflection. A simple life is a happy life. I think we forget that we don't get to keep anything we accumulate in this life. We spend our whole lives chasing the bigger and better things, forgetting that those things too are impermanent, as are we. Finally, I believe that instead of making a list of new years resolutions of what we want to accomplish in 2016, perhaps we should make a list of things, people, and situations that we want to let go of, and that no longer serve us. I urge you to look inside and question your existence. Why are you here? What have you come to share with the world? I challenge you to listen to your heart and follow what would really make your soul sing, and live from that. I believe everyone is born with something to offer the world that is identified through ones interests or talents. Why are we living robotic lives that have nothing to do with what we really want? Perhaps we have been conditioned to think its okay, and if you want to live your life that way, so be it. But those who know they are destined to live successful, abundant, and happy lives, will find a way, and not an excuse.
